Bridges Bay Cabin on the Pond

The cabin very nice but needs can opener and toaster. only those two missing from perfect. The wash machine door seal leaking, need to replace it as gets floor all wet. Otherwise great, thanks

Very nice property. Clean, easy check in, Jason responded quickly to my questions, and it was just the right size for the family. Good location to all the amenities/restaurants/ attractions in the area. Would highly recommend.

Great place for our family vacation

The place was nice and clean, we had a good vacation. My only complaint would be not getting my security deposit back after 19 days. I contacted the owner and he said there was no damage, and it would take 14 days to get a refund, and VRBO takes care of that. No refund yet!

The property was well-maintained and clean, which we appreciated. However, we did encounter an issue with the checkout process. The requirement to do laundry before a 10:00 AM checkout is quite inconvenient, especially when guests are expected to wash all the linens. We made sure to wash everything, and the only step left was to transfer the items to the dryer. Despite this, we were still charged an additional 40.00, which felt unfair given the effort we put in. More reasonable checkout procedures would greatly improve the overall experience.

Property was exactly as described, minus outdated photos of the property. We had a last minute addition to our family a week before the booking, which was accomodated with a garage (not pictured). The property was clean and ready to go when we arrived and we had minimal upkeep to check out. For the price point and the area, this is the best location out there!

We have a wonderful family vacation and this cabin was the perfect place to stay. Easy access to water parks and close to Arnold’s Park. Very clean and well kept! Jason was great to work with and answered questions promptly! We will definitely plan to stay again!

Tv was difficult for visually impaired but other then that an awesome experience

Awesome boys trip for my sons birthday turned 14!! Had a blast and jason is awesome to deal with thanks for a great trip.

Stayed for a week. So relaxing and close to everything we wanted! Accommodations were perfect for us! Highly recommended!

We found the property to be very clean, nicely furnished, well stocked with supplies, many additional convenience items, and everthing operating well. Our communications with the owner were always timely. He responded to questions quickly and thoroughly..

The house was perfect for the 2 of us. Very nice and had everything we needed. We will be back!!

The cabin was great and the pond was pretty. There were ants all throughout the cabin. Maybe have the floors cleaned a little more thoroughly so that there is nothing to attract the ants. We had a great stay and the ant thing is something that can be so easily fixed - so that is why I am telling you about it! Thank you!

Clean place to stay and very close to the water park.

Nice property. Easy to walk to water park and pools.

We brought another couple with us for a few days in the sun. We had a marvelous time and our accommodations we excellent. Very relaxing and enjoyable visit. Definitely 5 stars!

It was perfect. Only downfall was having to do the sheets and towels prior the check out at 10. Maybe change check out to 11? Otherwise PERFECT

Nice home base with restaurants in walking distance and a boat launch less than a mile away. We had a great time in Arnold’s park and on the lakes.

Good location, close to resort and many restaurants! Cute place and very clean! Was disappointed that the bikes weren’t in working order to use. Also directions on VRBO listed the cabin number different than it was so that threw us off. We stayed during the week so it was very nice and quiet. The pond was nice but no luck fishing! The poles provided are only little kid poles. Having to change the sheets was fine but having to wait for laundry to dry and put away by 10 am was a little unrealistic. Not sure I’d stay again for that reason. As we rushed to shower early to have to wash and dry towels/sheets before we left.

Nice location and a nice place but I wouldn't stay here again for the reason of the check out. I wouldn't have booked this place had a known that I would have to wash all sheets and towels AND remake the beds before leaving. And with checkout at 10 a.m.--do you know how early I'd have to get up to get all that wash done and remake the beds before leaving? Thankfully I read this before we actually checked in and verified with the owner that this was indeed the check out process or pay an additional $50 for them to do it. So we brought our own sheets and towels. In the 30+ VRBO's that we've stayed in, I've never seen this request before. I'm going to keep an eye on check out instructions in the future when booking. I also don't like this because who knows if the people staying in there before me actually washed everything. It's too risky to leave that in guest's hands and not a cleaning company.

Beautiful cabin, well stocked up and clean. Pond was nice. Jason was fast to respond to questions. Location was easy accessible to nearby places.
