Brand new tiny cabin located on farm. Near rivers, trailsheads & national forest

Very cozy, farmhouse style with many special extras by the host. Truly everything you would need was provided. It was evident the host really cared about the guest.

This property was adorable! So well put together and the decor was so cute! Back patio was a plus. Smokie Jo (the horse) and was so friendly! This place was definitely a 10/10! I would stay here again.

The property was in a beautiful location surrounded by farms, national forest, hiking trails and some springs. The area was pretty quiet and serene, and close to the restaurants and shopping of West Plains, MO. Even though the cabin was small, it mostly met our needs. The bathroom was a bit tiny, and difficult to use, however. The family was very responsive when we needed some help with our TV connection.

The cabin is cute; however, the refrigerator was nasty. Old food left in it. Some kind of meat in the freezer has been there since July 2023! Freezer needs to be defrosted & the refrigerator needs to be thoroughly cleaned & sanitized! The shower also needs to be cleaned & sanitized; old hair on the shower floor & on the shelves. I started to get a plate, but the top one was covered in dust. The entire cabin needs a deep & thorough cleaning & sanitized. There is a very friendly, sweet gray horse next door. She likes to visit. Bring carrots if you decided to stay. I have messaged the owner/manager with my concerns. I also mentioned that if the gray horse is their's, please buy her a fly mask.

If you are looking for quiet and peaceful setting...this is it. Nice back porch for grilling, firepit, or relaxing. Worth a visit.

Quaint little cabin near trailheads and swimming holes. Wonderful horse that greets you each time you are outside great communication with owners. I’ll be back!!

This little cabin was such a great find for our stay. The place was clean and the space was well thought out. The hosts thought of everything. It was so cozy we wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the views and hang out with the friendly horse next door.

Owners very prompt to respond. Smokey Joe, the horse was so sweet. I would recommend this place if your wanting a stay away from the city.

Everything was great, everything you could ask for in a short getaway trip. Will definitely book again on my next adventure.

Spent 3 nights here -- an absolutely charming little cabin with all the amenities a person could possibly ask for. Excellent communication from/with the property owner. Wonderful experience. Plan to stay here again!

Perfect location if you are in the area to enjoy the forest! Cabin has all you need and a friendly horse as a bonus. The only thing we'd change is blinds on the windows and something was banging all night our 2nd night there. We'd stay again 100 times though!
