Stayed Aug 29, 2025Perfect place for our extended family. Everyone had their own space. The garage beds were such a bonus! Spacious rooms for everyone. Only suggestion is to add a mirror to the other bedroom please! Thank you for the Okoboji fun!

Stayed Jul 18, 2025We had five adults and four kids ranging from the ages 13 to 2 and this house was perfect for us. The additional space in the garage was so nice for the kids to have their own area. Would definitely stay here again. There wasn’t an amenity that we needed that they did not have plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Pot pans, even had a crockpot we use since we forgot ours! Communication was prompt. Check-in was very easy.

Stayed Aug 1, 2024Property was in a nice area, it was clean. We liked that we got 6 water park wrist bands each day. The property was only a short drive to Arnolds Park, the lakes and great dining. The owners answered promptly and were very accommodating. My only critiques would be the need for more comfortable beds and pillows and there were no covered plastic containers. Make sure tobring your own paper towels, kleenexes, tin foil and plastic wraps. A

Stayed Jan 26, 2024Property manager was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. The cabin was nice and spacious and offered the amenities we needed. The cabin was warm garage got a bit cold even with the all the blankets but there was enough space and beds inside that we didn’t need to worry. Had a great time would highly recommend!
