It was a beautiful space on an amazing piece of property. We really enjoyed the creek. The house had everything we needed.

This cottage was perfect for a quick honeymoon getaway. There are many local shops in Florence and Yahaats to enjoy. There is a bounty of restaurants to try and many places to explore. I'm glad we brought our own pillows for the ones provided can flatten rather quickly. There is Wi-Fi for guests that is strong as there is no cell service here. There is an induction cooktop for guests to use along with two pans (we didn't know about this and brought our camping stove which we obviously didnt need)

We had a wonderful time at the studio. It is a great location, very quiet. The space is well laid out, the bathroom is huge. Everything was really clean. Definitely will be back!

Beautiful, clean interior. Owners have put alot of thought into the comforts of R&R supplying everything a guest needs.

My daughter wanted to share with me her passion for mushroom foraging with me. Yachats was hosting their mushroom festival so we decided to stay it this very adorable and comfortable guest house. The property was exactly as described and the property manager gave us excellent directions on how to find this hidden house. Make sure you take a picture of the directions and the code to enter the house as there is no cell service but your phone will work with the wi-fi once you get into the house. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. They have a bidet with a heated toilet seat, a very nice shower, and a huge bathtub. The cute little loft is great for kids or young adults and they even have a little tv up in the loft. The kitchenette had a nice little refrigerator, coffee pot, Keurig, and a French Press. They provide just a few pods for your first day (one for each person) so you need to bring coffee. They offer a microwave and portable induction cooktop with one burner. We used it to cook up some of the mushrooms we found. There is a 4-person hightop table next to the bed in the main room and a little chest at the base of the bed you can sit on but no other seating. You can hear the ocean and the road from the guest house. Overall it was a fantastic little place to stay very clean too!

We had a great time at the property, enjoying the location and thoughtfully orchestrated features. The land around the unit holds flowers, a surprisingly active creek for this time of year, and is near to a quiet, rocky beach with tide pools an great waves. The unit itself came with everything one would need and then some! It includes a small but thoughtfully supplied kitchen and bath, a welcome book that includes information on the art, soap, etc. featured throughout the unit, extra towels and sheets, and super comfy beds. The property manager, Nicole, was very helpful in answering my questions before we arrived. In short, we loved our visit!
