Great property! We didn’t realize that there was only 1 tv at the house.l which was not a big deal. We spent most of our time exploring the area. I would definitely book again!

This was a very comfortable property. The living room was homey and the front and back porches were a great place to relax, read a book or talk. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but totally private with a nice buffer of forest. It is also in a great location, a short drive from funky downtown Greenville or the mountains with a nearby winery..

Had a great time at Finn’s cabin. It was exactly as described and conveniently located to Traveler’s Rest. There were 5 of us and we had a lot of room and a wonderful stay! The property manager answered questions prior to our arrival very quickly. Highly recommend.

Fantastic space to get away! Finn’s was the perfect place for our girls’ weekend. From the moment we stepped inside the house it felt like home. The log cabin was immaculately clean with everything we needed. On the second day there was a problem with the air conditioning unit but a service technician came and by the time we returned from a day of adventures the problem was fixed. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and charming place to stay with excellent owner communication, this is it!

Perfect location for us to visit waterfalls, go to the Biltmore and King Tut exhibit, and eat at the Grove on the Sunset Terrace! We ate a couple if rural diners with home cooked meals and met great people. We even found a Catholic Church! The cabin was bigger than we expected and was in a scenic location. We even had 2 cows escape from their property and crossed into the neighbors! It was quite an adventure

We’re 3 senior citizens. We were able to get around easily and the layout flowed well. The neighborhood was very quiet. The location was great. We were able to visit most of the falls in the area as well as the Biltmore and dinner at the Grove. Outstanding visit!

We stayed in this roomy and well-appointed cabin during our celebration of our daughter's graduation from Furman. Just a 15-min drive from campus, the cabin feels like a remote hideaway in the foothills. Exactly as described (but roomier), the cabin is clean, the beds comfy, and the kitchen has all the dishes and pots/pans for cooking (bring your own spices). The porches are great for sitting outside as well. Easily accommodates 3 couples. Highly recommend!

This is a great home 3 spacious bedrooms - clean - plenty of pots and pans for our breakfast and snacks The road it is a great place for a walk - did 2 miles daily.Quite area. Amenities as described.Looking forward to bringing my wife. This was a golf trip.

Everything was as expected, and everything worked!

Cabin had everything we needed, all worked well, nicely thought out (as an example, electrical extension cords in place for hard to reach outlets). Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The cabin was clean, and very comfortable. When we arrived, we found the cabin to be exactly what we expected. It was quaint, and we enjoyed the views of the woods from both porches. We will definitely be back!

Visiting for a wedding , property very well kept, house very clean, beds comfortable… loved the location…

Booked for 6nights & stayed 5. We picked based upon pictures & location. property was not as it appeared in pictures & actually needed some serious cleaning and repairs. The carpet is loose & bunched up in 2 of the bedrooms so much so that it’s a trip hazard & floors uneven & squeak badly. 2 ceiling fans had loose blades we had to tighten. The air vent was filthy & the actual filter was dark like it hadn’t been changed in months The showerhead in the spare bathroom was loose away from the wall We couldn’t drink coffee from coffee maker because a mildew taste/smell that would not come out no matter how many times we washed it. Kitchen definitely is bare bones only salt and pepper in the kitchen. If planning on doing any cooking you would have to shop for absolutely everything. There were no spices or oil etc. There were some knobs missing on cabinets and some trim off edge of tile off the tile counter. check in info was not sent so ended up having to reach out to them when we got to the property since they hadn’t provided the check- in code information. Upon checking in, there was leftover make up on the floor from the prior guest in master bedroom & one a pillowcases not clean, when noticed there was dusting & other cleanliness issues like the air filter, we sent pics to the contact and she changed the filter and pillowcase but nothing else addressed. Evolve not very helpful to resolve, provided a 79.00 credit & said condition was standard. Beware!

A well kept place, with an awesome cabin feel. Felt safe, and we were close to The Cliffs- which was our goal. We’ll be back! Thanks for the great stay!

This place was perfect for our family. It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We felt right at home. It was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The location was convenient to everything we had planned to do. I would definitely stay in Finn's Cabin again!

We stayed at Finn’s cabin and met Joe Finn. He is very conscientious to make sure everything is right. Was very convenient for our house hunting in the mountains. Plenty of space and clean. Enjoyed the cooler weather .
