Black Hills Home w/ Mickelson Trail Access!

Overall, property was great. The stove and oven need maintenance. Some burners need inspection and oven is slow to heat up. Hot tub appears to need some maintenance as well - did not warm past 97 degrees despite increasing temperature.Rooms were clean and well maintained.

Plenty of room. Hot tub was great . Everything in nice shape. No complaints. Would rent again.

Great property! Clean and love the location! I just wish the hot tub would be available all year round--this might be a deal breaker and cause us to stay somewhere else in the future!

Loved all the room and comfortable beds. The oven and dishwasher didn’t work very well and gas grill had a burner that did not work. The bathroom drains were slow to drain water. The location was fantastic…pretty close to everything and only a couple from Hill City!

Excellent location and outdoor space. We had a large family group with five kids. Brought bikes which was awesome; kids could bike the loop or jump on the Mickelson trail.

We have stayed in this house several times with our large family. The space works very well for us. In fact one of our grandchildren asked if we will always stay there when we go out to the Hills, which of course we will. The only problem this time is that the Wifi was extremely weak which affected computer use but also TV streaming. Our Netflix app told us that no Wifi signal was nearby when we tried to install it. Other than that the stay was as wonderful as it always is! We will definitely be back.

Very close to awesome trails, great house for 10-12 adults comfortably! Only issue is the stove and oven doesn’t work properly. And hot tub wasn’t available. Not overall worked great for us and will come back!

We had an enjoyable stay at the house. Air mattress had a leak and bedding was not available for the pull outs in basement.

We have stayed at this house multiple times. We enjoy the layout of the house as there is plenty of room for people to gather to visit or do activities. We give our son and his young family the main floor bedroom as there is room for all of their young children. They can get up to use the bathroom or kitchen any time of the night without disturbing the rest of us. The proximity to the Mickelson Trail is great as we love to go walking when we are not touring. The location in Hill City is a nice central location in the Hills, with easy access to both Custer and Rapid City. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Location is great. Kitchen is well stocked with tableware and cooking utensils. Very roomy, and the deck was a great place to experience the Northern Lights.

This spacious house was perfect for a family of 8! The location is beautiful - private and out of town but close to everything we wanted to see and do. Only wish we had more time to further explore the trail that runs right by the property!

Great location in the Hill, being out of town but close enough. House was large enough to handle 20 people, 3 families. Check in and out was hassle free.

Plenty of room for a large group. Right out of Hill City in a convenient location. Great front porch to relax from the day of adventures.

Beautiful area, saw several deer and chipmunks. We had problems finding enough linens for the number of people we had staying, and the water would wane out if more than one person was taking a shower. Overall, the property is clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Nice property with plenty of sleeping for multiple families. We had a family reunion in the hills with 11 adults, 2 teens, and a tiny infant. The kitchen, dining, living area is open and spacious with plenty of seating for everyone to hang out in the same place. The kitchen was supplied with all the pans, utensils, and appliances for cooking, and also had spices and coffee. Only thing we could've used more of was a few extra blankets for couch sleepers and the large air mattress that was onsite. Overall, a great place close to all of the Black Hills fun!

Perfect home for our family's vacation. The Manager was very accommodating and met our needs within minutes! The home was adequately furnished and plenty of outdoor space for kids to play. We had two deer that we could see from the picture window! I would love to rent this home in the future and it's only about 2 miles from Hill City:-)
