Communication with Property Manager was timely, clear, and thorough. No surprises! Very comfortable, clean, quite property. We would stay there again.
The property and surrounding nature were amazing. Close to town, the river and many fun activities.
We really enjoyed our stay at Fallen Leaf! We really enjoyed having the room to spread out and relax in such a beautiful setting. The cabin instruction binder and local sites / restaurants were helpful, though the print was a bit small for some of us. :-) Anyhow, we had a nice time hiking in the Armstrong Redwoods and paddleboarding down the Russian River. One suggestion I might make is to install a slider screen on the kitchen slider door so that while using the propane gas stove there can be air circulation / venting. Thanks!
Beautiful nest in the redwoods, cozy yet expansive-feeling with decks, patios, hot tub, lots of windows/sliding doors to keep the trees in view. Good kitchen and bath, lovely Japanese tea house is a gorgeous 3rd bedroom just a little separate from house. On a nice woodsy street and very quiet. 5-min. drive to town. Only one caution: 30 uneven stops up from road to front porch level. Older or disabled people could have trouble. Other than that, heavenly.
This forest getaway is a green, peaceful, and wonderful escape from city life. Nestled on a quiet street and up a whimsical long staircase through the property, the house and tea house are nestled. Everything was clean, cozy, and easy to find everything. The hot tub felt great after a full day of activity, and we loved the tea house bedroom!! So gorgeous! Would definitely stay there again!
The experience was lovely and simple. Lovely outdoor patios with comfortable seating and a large hot tub. The kitchen had an antique gas stove that added to the unique feel. The neighbor homes are very close but the lay out of the property does a fantastic job of creating privacy. Extremely quiet here.
We had a great time staying at fallen leaf. Conveniently located near town, easy to get to, but still feels pretty private and had everything we needed.
We loved our stay but the Tea House electricity went out a couple of times and it was so cold/raining we could not enjoy it. We rented the house with excitement for the tea house. Only complaint.
Loved the serene location. Loved walking through the neighborhood down to the local restaurants and beach park. The beds were a little squeaky but other than that I loved the outdoor amenities, just an overall beautiful property.
Very good
Very nice and very relaxing place to stay!
Falling Leaf was a wonderful place to spend the weekend. Our family was very comfortable and especially loved the Tea Room. Thank you for a pleasant and relaxing experience!
A great house! It has all you need, including lots of outside space to relax. The teahouse bedroom was very comfortable and secluded. House was in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. 5 mins to town and beaches. The only minor note - there is a long flight of stairs to get to the house, which might be tricky for folks with limited mobility.
We’d definitely stay again. Perfect Sonoma Cty home base for our family of parents and teens.
Lovely, quiet little spot in the trees. Well-equipped. Good proximity to Guerneville for shopping and dining. Loved the antique stove.
The setting was charming even though the Japanese Tea House was full of notices!
