Spectacular new construction house with beautiful views of the lake, comfortable four bedrooms, complete kitchen with giant counter space, and impressive three season porch with wood fireplace. One of the finest available for rental on the Minnesota North Shore.

We have owned in the past and rented many homes on the Lake Superior North Shore and this the best ever. This newer construction home is perfect in terms of configuration, lake view, and ambience. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, cinema room, exercise room, screen porch fireplace, stairs to lake, larger than normal property, and near Lutsen skiing.

This is our second stay in one of the most beautiful properties on the North Shore! The attention to every little detail will make you feel welcomed and right at home. It was warm enough to use the outside patio and fireplace so every night we enjoyed a warm fire and comfortable seating with a cozy blanket. The hiking was spectacular and can’t imagine how much better it could be in the fall. We hope to have repeat visits in this amazing home!

We had a fantastic stay at Birch Bluffs. The property was amazing with breathtaking views of the lake. We were very comfortable at Birch Bluffs with clean and comfy bedding and furniture. We had access to anything you would need in the kitchen, and enjoyed the local wine, coffee and treats left by the host. Communicating with the host and check-in/check-out was seamless. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations at such a great property and location. We easily accessed Lutsen, Tofte, and Grand Marais. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again!

We loved every moment of our stay at Birch Bluffs. The house was perfect for us, the beds and baths exactly right, the workout room, television room with theater seating and ping pong table, spacious kitchen, games galore and incredible outdoor space was everything we had hoped for. The owners could not have been nicer and supplied everything needed, even wine and coffee! We feel so lucky to have stayed here!

This is a wonderful house! Spacious and clean, with a very well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. It's in a spectacular location with a path and stairway down to the lake. The ONLY imperfection: The dining room table has only 6 chairs. There are no extra chairs (I searched everywhere, hoping to find a few folding chairs stashed away). When we had more than 6 people at dinner, some of us had to sit on bar stools at the kitchen counter.

Birch Bluffs is perfect - location, scenery, and design. Each room was well-equipped with everything you need for meal prep, relaxation, and entertainment. The owners left detailed instructions for how to use all appliances, thermostat, etc; as well as lots of options for local attractions and restaurants. Our family of 7 adults and 2 babies had a fantastic time and definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for an upscale VRBO on the North Shore.

Much of our family were participating in the Lutsen 99er bike race. Coming in from various parts in the country. These accommodations were amazing and perfect for our family. Great location, kitchen stocked with anything you could ask for, and wonderful layout. I can not say an enough good things about it. The host was extremely responsive. Thank you Jennifer!
