Stayed Aug 30, 2024Our group had a great time staying at this cabin! We had 9 adults and 8 children and there was plenty of room for everyone; the loft was great for all of the kids when it came to sleeping. There was plenty to do indoors and outdoors; the kids had a blast all weekend long. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware and dishes we needed. Our trip was split visiting Zion NP and Bryce Canyon NP. This place was conveniently located between the two parks and very close to the highway; it was a breeze getting to where we needed to go. Jim and Bonnie were very welcoming and wonderful hosts; they were quick to respond if there was anything we needed. We would highly recommend this place, especially if travelling with a large group!

Stayed Dec 22, 2023The property was the perfect size with lots of activities. We had 8 adults, one teenager, one toddler, and a baby with us. There were lots of indoor and outdoor activities and we were far enough away from neighbors that we didn’t worry about being too loud or annoying. The hosts were on property and super responsive anytime we needed anything. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get away with a large group.

Stayed Dec 27, 2023We had a great time staying at this cabin between Christmas and New Years. Jim and Bonnie are so kind and are wonderful hosts. It was a little tricky with babies sleeping and not being able to access the bedroom that is separate from the house without having to go outside to get to the room. Hobbit Hut and Treehouse weren’t as appealing to sleep in so we opted not to have anyone in there. Kitchen is well-equipped. Towels could be updated but overall it was a lot fun gathering together as a family!

Stayed Jun 27, 2023We spent 3 nights in this beautiful property and visited Zion and Bryce during the day. The house is spacious ( There is a beautiful deck that we used for our barbecue). There are many games as well as a large Jacuzzi. The hosts are very helpful if you have any questions.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had an amazing time. The views were amazing. There was plenty of snow the house reminded us of being back at grandma and grandpa‘s. The kids definitely have tons of memories that they will have for years to come.

Stayed Jul 25, 2022Our family enjoyed our stay, and found the home comfortable for our needs. The game room was enjoyed by the kids, deck offered plenty of space for dining for our group, many of us enjoyed the zip line. Our days were spent driving to Zion, Bryce, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Cedar Breaks, and one longer trip to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. The proximity to these parks was the main reason for choosing this location.
