Beautiful river cabin in the heart of the Tennessee River Gorge.

The cabin was very nice clean the kitchen had everything we needed. And the host responded to questions that I had. would definitely return.

This home was gorgeous and the views were incredible. Very peaceful and secluded. This is one of the most well-stocked cabins I have ever stayed in. It included everything we could ever need in the kitchen. It does take about 30 minutes to get down the street out of the neighborhood but that is part of being secluded on nature. We loved all of the separate areas for guests to sleep and there was plenty of seating everywhere. Our family had a wonderful visit.

Our stay at this cabin was absolutely wonderful. Nestled quietly in the mountains, it offers the perfect balance of peaceful seclusion and convenient access to town. The setting creates a relaxing, getaway feel without sacrificing proximity to restaurants, shops, and activities.Upon arrival, the cabin was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and it was fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a cozy and enjoyable stay. From start to finish, it provided the perfect retreat, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing mountain escape.

Very beautiful and clean property! Well stocked with anything you might need to cook or play in the area. Host was extremely responsive and the view was spectacular. The only room for improvement was that we had to make some of the beds ourselves and the sheets and blankets were not very good or very many. It got cool in the evening so having access to more bedding and blankets would have been nice. Also, each registered guest got one towel- I totally understand the reasoning for this, but we had 5 girls with long hair so having some extra towels would have been very helpful.

What a beautiful home! The view over the river is amazing, the house is well stocked, and there are plenty of comfy places to sit and relax and sleep. Great place! I’d stay again if we come back to this area.

We came here for a bachelorette trip and it was a fun getaway with an incredible view. Lots of room for all that were staying and well kept.

We had a great time. It was right on the river which was wonderful. We had a couple of mechanical issues, but the owners were very responsive to questions.

This house is in a beautiful location. It is a 30 minute drive down a narrow, winding road but well worth it. The house was well stocked with amenities as well as being clean. It felt like a home away from home.

It was a beautiful cabin! Great views! We enjoyed the fire pit, firewood was supplied!The driveway was a bit steep as someone else stated, but we made it and we were in a Murano SUV. The beds were comfortable and the loft and basement had their own AC units. So everyone was comfortable there. It is a long winding road to get to the cabin, from either direction you come in. So just get up in the morning and go on your excursions, and pick up food on way home for dinner! They have a gas grill with lots of propane refills. I guess my only complaint would be the towels, we had to wash those every day, but they do have a washer and dryer and supply detergent. I would definitely stay here again! Enjoy.

It is a lovely home on a beautiful property. The area is quiet and peaceful. While it is a bit of a drive to get anywhere, we already knew that from the very representative listing. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials and cleaning supplies. A great and comfortable get away!

Property was great for our family! We saw lots of wild life including eagles catching their breakfast most mornings and several herons hanging in the shallow water. Wonderful views of the river and mountains. Well stocked kitchen. Easy check in and check out. Would recommend 4WD/AWD as the driveway might be challenging without. Cabin is 25-30 minutes minimum from main roads and access road is narrow and windy in some spots.

It was a beautiful view and very nice cabin. Wish we could have fished and hung out in the river in front of the cabin but the weeds in the river made that impossible. We tried to rent kayaks but you definitely need to do that in advance they were booked! Regardless we really enjoyed our time here!

Wonderful setting. Saw lots of wildlife. River is great. Fishing is good. Coffee on the deck overlooking river so relaxing.Plan your drive to town due to the scenic road where wildlife is bundant. Cabin lacks overhead lights in most rooms (table lamps ate there) but all else was great.

Our stay was wonderfully relaxing! We were able to meet up with relatives to visit and do some sightseeing in Chattanooga and the surrounding area!The house was perfect for our family and a great place to sit and embrace the beauty of nature surrounding us. We did a puzzle on a rainy day, sat on the deck for hours chatting, made meals together in the kitchen, tried fishing off the dock but weren’t successful. All in all everything you need is right at the house for the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Thanks for the memories!

Great house with stunning views. Everything worked.Very clean. Appreciated the coffee. Terraced driveway offered plenty of parking.We all had a wonderful stay.

Everything was great for what we needed. 4 things one might not be prepared for, steep driveway I have 4wd so no big deal, rwd maybe stay at the top lot. 2 - Tennessee river had lots of algae around dock. Again I didn’t mind great for fishing but I was not jumping in. Not sure if this is seasonal, or what. 3- kids futon was squeaky, older son chose to sleep in loft, and lastly I could have used a couple more pots and pans but I was cooking for 7 and made due so not huge. Never had any problems and never had to call the owner. Very cool location - very calm and serene. I would go back and recommend. Thanks for the stay.

Had a wonderful stay with family! Enjoyed the majestic views of the mountains overlooking the tennessee river, while watching bald eagles, river otters, and wild turkey. Could not have asked for a better place to stay! Would absolutely go back and stay again!

Three night trip. Was very much needed and just what i needed.

The cabin was clean and maintained well. We loved the location and enjoyed the view of the river down by the fire pit. Highly recommend this cabin to all.

We enjoyed the property, but were unprepared for how far of a drive it was to town.

The property offered everything we were looking for, quiet and an escape from the hustle and bustle of life. The cabin offered everything needed for our stay and the best thing were the sights and sounds of nature. The location was perfect close enough to some of the tourist spots, but far enough for the quiet we were looking for. Our host was easy to contact and recommended several points of interest in the area. Looking forward to book again and highly recommend the area and cabin.

Stayed with a group of old friends plus our children for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our time! The location provides the opportunity to split your time between the city and the country and truly get the best of both worlds.I have never had more attentive hosts than we did here -- so helpful and available. The cabin itself is clean and beautifully furnished. We got rained out during much of our stay, but still found time to sit outside to take in the view and watch deer, turkeys, and a pair of bald eagles. We would love to come back in warmer weather so we can take advantage of the water as well!You won't regret booking this gem!

Very clean and beautiful. Well-stocked kitchen. My favorite was looking out the window at the river. The last leg of our trip was an 11 mile ride down a pretty bumpy road but it added to the adventure!

We met our 3 sons & their families at this riverside retreat, for Thanksgiving weekend. This residence felt like home from the moment we walked in! Everything we needed, was there. The peace of the river; the hot dog roast & s’mores at the fire pit was perfect. And plenty of space to ‘hide away’ a bit when needed. We’ve stayed in quite a few rentals over the years & this one is the best so far. Thank you for opening your home up!!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described online. It was very quiet. Hardly any traffic down the horribly curvy road but it was nice. It took a long 30 minutes to get to anything, so make sure to get groceries and supplies before getting to the house. The river traffic was quiet too. We saw a couple of barges during our stay, which was neat.

We booked this location for a family getaway in Chattanooga. The location is great for relaxing and taking in the river. We enjoyed canoeing, building a few campfires, and watching the river traffic. The house is well appointed with everything you need and very accommodating. The house is about 45 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. The location is remote and very quiet once you get there. The view and house were better than what the pictures on the listing present. We had a few minor recommendations on cleaning/supplies that we will pass along to the owner. Our overall rating is a solid 5 and we would recommend as a great spot for a quiet getaway.

We enjoyed our stay-the cabin setting is beautiful. My only negative is that the driveway was very steep. I would certainly rent again-the cabin is worth the winding road and drive way. Michael & Diane are wonderful to work with!!

This is a great cabin on the Tennessee River. We highly recommend booking this cabin. It had everything we needed. The view from the pier is beautiful. We are thinking of making this an annual location.
