Beautiful home with pools, golf, fitness area, washer/dryer, & WiFi

Size was a bit smaller than anticipated for 2 people was ok. Unit was clean. Coffee pot should be replaced program feature didnt work. Could use a little work on exterior but overall was nice for a short visit. Rental company was very responsive to all issues and requests. Would stat at resort again

Loved the location of this home! It was the perfect size for our family of 4. If you’re traveling with small children - just keep in mind that it doesn’t have bathtubs which makes it hard to bathe toddlers after a day at the beach! Lol! Other than that - we loved this home! It was very clean and we loved sitting on the balcony after dinner. :)

We love the amenities at Palmilla so it keeps us coming back. This was a nice place. The bunk beds in room 2 was perfect for my daughter and her two friends. There is a washing machine and two patios. Not a huge fan of one of the doors leading straight to the kids room, but Palmilla is a pretty safe community. Both bedrooms are downstairs and very close. Each room has their own full bathroom (showers no baths). The kitchen a cozy living room are upstairs. There is a patio upstairs too. The outdoor furniture needs a little refresh. The salty air is rusting the furniture and the cushions could use a good wash. Overall, it was perfect for our get away. Like most places in Palmilla you will need to rent a golf cart to get to the beach. Otherwise it is quite a hike.

The property is beautiful and clean. There's no shades on the windows upstairs and the shower is 2 1/2 x 2 1/2feet. Putting in a handheld shower head would greatly help short people as I had to stand against the wall to get wet.Also, maybe add 2 more kitchen towels.Would stay here again.

This casita is so cute and full of sunlight. 2 patios perfect for sunrise and sunsets. Great price located in the super nice community of Palmilla.

We had a group of 8 families in different homes on the resort. The homes were nice and resort was great. We really did like our house a lot, but the cleaning was not good. One family had broken dishes in the cabinet, and ant infestation in the BED and kitchen, filthy furniture. Ours was a bit better, but floors weren't cleaned, food and crumbs every where. The place had a cigarette odor. I have rented from Vacasa before and always been happy. Hoping this is just a fluke. I hate to complain, but we spent a lot of money. I also know the mosquito issue is not anyone's fault, but when the infestation is that bad I think spraying the resort like they do in Mexico should be done. It literally ruined many peoples vacation. Every person walking down the side walks looked like they were running from a swarm off bees. It was the talk of the entire resort.

Dirty, needs a thorough deep clean and attention to upkeep. Disappointed in our stay. Saving grace was the pool and poolside service.

Beautiful Casita. The home was very clean and everything you would need is available. We love staying at Palmilla. The restaurants and pool area have great service. We enjoyed our trip even with the one day of rain. Thank you!

This was our second year in a row using this property. Everything was fantastic. The house was beautiful. The amenities were top notch. We hope to come back again next year and many years afterwards.

Entire main floor of the house has no privacy. Not a single blind of any sort. You are sandwiched between other casitas, so blinds are definitely necessary. This is the first house I’ve stayed in at Palmilla that has no blinds. Crazy. Open view to neighbors, not to mention you are surrounded by construction workers. As a group of females, this was uncomfortable to say the least. The beds were comfy, but the kitchen needs a decent sized cookie sheet at least. We couldn’t even fit a pizza on it, and there was only one. I would not choose this casita again.
