The cabin was clean and very well equipped. My family and I enjoyed a very relaxing few day with our furry babies. Highly recommend. Thank you Tim!

Stayed Mar 4, 2026The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very comfortable very cozy . had to communicate immediately with the owner and he was very quick to respond. The only big issue I had was that there was a bunch of ice and snow leading up to the steps to the house and we were a bunch of women over 50 so that was a little bit of a hurdle every time he wanted to go in and out of the house. None of the beds were made when we got there and the housekeeper had to drop off towels and pillowcases.Other than those issues, it was a great house that slept six of us comfortably and we did enjoy our time there.

Stayed Feb 8, 2026Tim was a great host and was quick to respond to any question I had. Location of house is great just a few minutes to town and 10 min to Mount snow. Nice pet friendly home with a pellet stove that was great for the cold nights.

Stayed Dec 31, 2025Lovely, well appointed cabin. Spot is 10 minutes to Wilmington and 10 minutes to Mt. Snow. The host was very responsive.

Stayed Feb 14, 2025Owner is fantastic. Super responsive. However the house needs some repairs, half the lights don’t work, the arcade does not work and the fireplace does not work (we were told of the fireplace the day before). The Murphy bed is falling apart and if you pull it down there is no room to get to the bathroom. We only had 6 people and it was a snug fit. The bunk beds are meant for children and there is only seating for 6 in the kitchen. The light is out in the mudroom so you can’t see anything when entering the house. We used our phone flashlights. The kitchen overhead light it out so it was difficult cooking. Each room had its own thermostat which was good. Some of the cooking utensils were in need of replacement. The owner let us have late checkout which was so helpful because our car got stuck in the driveway for hours. If not for the fantastic owner and his responsiveness the rating would have been lower.
