The cabin was beautifly set up at a distance from other cabins which gave us our privacy. We had all the bedding and kitchen appliances we could ask for including waffle iron, mixer, and kettles. I can honestly say we had everything we needed including Bear Spray, fire wood, and hammocks.

Wonderful cabin in a quiet neighborhood. Wayne was a great host and stoped in to offer advice and answer any questions we had. Great place to come back to after a long day of hiking. If you want a cozy cabin that is conveniently located to get into the park, then this is it!

Hidden rural gem that the pictures do not do it justice. From the moment we drove in and Wayne happened to be driving by, he gave us wonderful tips on places to see and go. Both entrances to Glacier NP within easy driving distances. The property itself was amazingly peaceful. Very considerate welcome basket was much appreciated and enjoyed. We were even able to purchase a picture that MJ painted that will be a forever reminder of our time in Montana and their wonderful cabin in the woods. The forest drive near the home was very nice. We took another guests suggestion and got take out from Serranos restaraunt and were in agreement that their food was very good.

The cabin is in a great location for folks wanting to explore Glacier National Park because it is located between East and West Glacier. It also has a couple good restaurants a short drive away. It is in a small community near Essex with the other cabins far enough away to make it fell isolated and private. The owners are good people who are readily accessible and responsive and go above and beyond. Look for Wayne's book there because it's a short, interesting read. The cabin is very clean. The bedrooms are up a flight of stairs, so it may not be a location for folks with mobility issues. I recommend this place for others looking for 2 beds and one bathroom.

Our stay at this cabin was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the charm, coziness, and peaceful surroundings. The cabin was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every little detail thought out to make our stay comfortable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well after a full day of hiking. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the host even left us a yummy treat, wishing us a happy anniversary! The hosts went above and beyond with thoughtful touches and excellent communication, which made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. This cabin truly felt like a home away from home, and we left feeling refreshed and reconnected with nature. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect blend of comfort, nature, and relaxation!

A super cabin in a lovely peaceful location. The cabin has all you need for a comfortable stay, with a great BBQ grill on the deck overlooking the woods. It is in a great location for accessing the west and east side, with the east side location handy for entering the going the sun road. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Fully recommended!

Cabin was as described. Very clean and well furnished. The owner came and introduced himself. Gave us some ideas and recommendations on activities and places for a good meal in the area around Glacier National Park. Centrally located between the Eastern and Western side of Glacier National Park. Overall a lovely place to kick back and relax. 100% satisfied!!!

This cabin is perfectly located for exploring the Glacier NP area of Montana. It is a very managable distance from both the east and west gates, two medicine and many glacier areas. A cozy and quiet place to relax after a day of hiking or kayaking. The cabin is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need to cook a meal, including a grill and a firepit. The hosts are very helpful in making sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay; including great suggestions on things to do in the area. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to return in the future.

This house was absolutely perfect. Between the location and the log cabin it was perfect. Scenery, peacefulness, cleanliness, etc. I can't say enough good things about Bear Creek Cabin. The location to Glacier National Park was between West and East entrances (East side was much better for scenery) Wayne and MJ went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us with directions, suggestions on places to go to see wildlife, etc. We are planning to come back to Bear Creek again and again.

The cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed from cooking utensils, pots and pans, cooler to bear spray. We enjoyed being able to use the cabin as our base to travel to West or East Glacier. After a day of hiking, it was nice to have a peaceful retreat to return to in the evenings . Our host, Wayne, was extremely helpful. Thank you!

The cabin is in the middle of the east and west Glacier NP entrances. We loved the solitude we found. The kitchen was well stocked wtih very nice pans and knifes or all our cooking needs. We like that there was no TV's downstairs and we could check out form the world for a bit. We like the dual control sleep number bed upstairs, I found my number the first night and my girlfriend like playing with her side to find that goldilocks setting. Would recommend to anyone and if I come back to cycle the road to the sun again I will stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bear Creek Cabin. Communication with the host was prompt, accurate and thorough from booking through completion of our stay. We appreciated the welcome basket and Wayne stopping by to greet us and sharing useful information. The bear spray was helpful and we used a lot of the literature at the cabin for planning our days at GNP. The location was great because it's between the park entrances so on days we didn't have a permit to get in the West Glacier entrance we were able to get in the St. Mary's entrance without a permit. It was also closer to the Two Medicine Entrance (unpermitted) and Many Glacier (permitted). We even went to Waterton, Canada one day. The cabin is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. On our final day we enjoyed relaxing on the deck, in the hammock and the tree swing chair. The cabin perfectly suited our needs. A real home away from home!

The property is perfectly located for getting in and out of Glacier National Park. Beyond that, Wayne and MJ were good to point out many other great sites nearby. The cabin is well appointed with quality items in the kitchen. They even had a thoughtful cheese, cracker and local beer snack waiting for our arrival. *Highlight for us was the creek right on the property where we relaxed every day after our GNP Adventures. Thanks for hosting us at such a delightful propery!
