We had a wonderful time as a family of four traveling to Hopkins and getting immersed in the culture. The property and locationwas great. The host provided several recommendations that were well enjoyed- highly recommend a trip with Captain Ash!

First off, the owners and manager are awesome. They are very responsive, and communicate very well. The location was perfect for us, in the middle of Hopkins town. You are able to get the feel for day to day life of the residence. The people were fantastic. The place is nice and quaint, but we loved it. My wife and I both agree, the only thing it was lacking was a couch in the lounge. But honesty, we loved the place and our time in Belize. Nice work!!

If you are looking for a good size house right on the beach this is it. The house and the beach in front of it were extremely clean. There were four adult men in our group and each of us had a good size bed to sleep in. Also, with three bathrooms and a kitchen we were set up beautifully. I totally would stay here again.

4 adults stayed here for a week the end of January. The location was very central to dining, right on the beach with good swimming access and close to grocery stores. The kitchen was well stocked with utesils. We ate breakfast at the unit and lunch and dinner out. 2 king size beds with ensuite partial baths were very comfortable. We paid for airconditioning at night for comfort. Easily could accomadate a couple of families with kids using the bunk beds in the common area. Only downside was lack of couch, comfortable chairs to sit in. This was not a problem for us as we were gone most of the day and played cards and games after dinner. I would easily stay here again.

All you need in a beach cabin, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Great location to the water and within walking distance to restaurants and groceries. Very comfortable and clean beds and well kept property with extra conveniences like an outdoor shower. If you want an authentic Belize experience Hopkins is a good reflection of a small town and the Cobia will be a comfortable stay. The owners and caretakers communicate well and hiring Andrew as a driver was such a gift. Not only did he take good care of us, he is very knowledgeable about his homeland and answered all our questions. We highly recommend this property and appreciate owners and caretakers who put their guests first.

It was very easy had to adjust a few days because plane changed their flights ,was no problem at all ,very happy
