Stayed Mar 31, 2026At Last Lodge was an awesome home with amazing views. We loved the screened room off the main bedroom and living room that had a gas fireplace. We sat out there and enjoyed nature. The home is very private without us even seeing another vehicle for several days. We've stayed on Gateway Mountain at several homes which are all nice, but At Last Lodge was one of the best for a 70th birthday celebration!

Stayed Dec 29, 2025The views initially drew us in, and they're even more stunning than the photos suggest. We were absolutely delighted by how beautiful, clean, and meticulously maintained this secluded mountain home is. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the whole-home Sonos sound system to the impeccably organized and well-stocked kitchen, cozy furnishings, and fenced yard perfect for our dog. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again!

Stayed Oct 3, 2025Great, spacious, grand cabin with high end amenities. Love that it is contactless checkin and pet friendly. Host was friendly and cabin was very clean. We played games in the game room and thoroughly enjoyed the piano. The views....OMG...AMAZING views of the mountains and lake lure. Highly recommend.

Stayed Jul 8, 2024the home was everything we wanted. the fenced in yard for our dogs was HUGE. we saw so many bears in the neighborhood on the way up to the cabin. a plethora of wildlife around us. so many wild berries growing. very comfortable and enough space that the whole family was able to relax and enjoy.

Stayed Oct 12, 2023Fantastic property! The views are as advertised and the furnishings are top notch. The Sonos sound system throughout the house was awesome. I was especially impressed with the detailed labeling of contents of almost every cabinet/drawer in the kitchen. Definitely hope to return.
