Property was nice kitchen sink and dishwasher did not work

The cabin was very nice and we loved the location. It was very quiet and the owners were very responsive when questions were answered. We did feel like there could be more supplies provided. There was only one extra trash bag for the inside and outside trash cans. So if you filled the trash bag you could only change it once. And also only one extra roll of toilet paper. We were told by the owners when asking for more that we had to go buy more if we needed it. It would not be provided. Another thing that could be improved is things like drinking cups. There were hardly any in the cabin. Just some of those free ones you get from Dolly Parton stampede. Not huge issues but improvements we feel could be made to make the stay more comfortable. Other than those minor things we enjoyed our stay.

Nice quiet area, easy check in and check out process. Close to shopping(gift shops, restaurants, groceries, etc.) Host even provided simple instructions to closest grocery stores which was very helpful. Very clean. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Told the owner his pictures dont do justice. My children didn't want to leave. The cabin was beautiful. The owner was very polite and even did an extra trash pickup for us during our stay. My family will definitely be back soon! Close to local stores and activities also.

Loved the old school arcade games but it was a hassle to move a bench from the dining table because both stools were broken “again” (per owner explanation once I notified them)

The inspection we did when arriving we found the ceiling fan needs the bulbs replaced-it was like have a strobe light on and 1 bulb was completely out. The loveseat has a brace in the back middle that is broken. Eventually it will come through. The couch needs a new mattress or a new support. The couch was not very comfortable you set on either end you had to put one of the pillows under half of your buttocks so you did not lean towards the middle so 3 people could seat comfortably not falling toward the middle. Nightlight by bathroom need replaced. Downstairs there was or is a leak in the ceiling about the jacuzzi tub. The bathroom doors (really all doors downstairs)need to have WD40 to stop the squeaking When shutting and opening the doors they are so loud it wake others up during the night. The jacuzzi tub when jets are turned on the water shot all the way across the room. On the galaxy game the controller will only work toward one direction so it can’t be played Cleaning was good except for the single cup coffee maker. The spill over had coffee in it and the water was in left in revisor. Suggestion supply more toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels. Also, way too many pots and pans. Not enough bowls and with lids for storing/serving food while there. We could only find 1 butter knife maybe put a few more in there. I am not complaining we enjoyed our time there! Only information and suggestions for improvement!! Host easy to work with!!!

Cabin was amazing and beautiful. The bed were soooo comfortable. Rules are clear and posted so there is no confusion. My family had an amazing time.

The rooms were clean. The hot tub area is screened in, but the lighting is very dim. The arcade games work and we're pretty good. This place is worth a visit.

Was worth the price. There were a couple things broken like the master bath door lock and the gas grill bottom falling apart. The galaga video game was broken but all in all it was worth the price. Really close to downtown pigeon forge. We were a little closer to other people than I had hoped but, that’s my fault for not looking up the property.

This property was exactly as described, the cabin was very clean , cool and had all the amenities one could ask for. The hot tub was clean and relaxing , the beds were very comfortable and clean . The downside is that there is land clearing construction going on in the morning and cabin building in the area . Every morning, the sound of heavy equipment was loud . I bought earplugs after the first night and slept in every morning without problem.

Everything was very clean and as described. We didn't have a chance to use the hot tub or Jacuzzi. Very cozy feel and comfortable beds. Everything worked just fine. The location for us was excellent. We would definitely stay there again!

Cabin was nice. It just wasnt as big as description made it sound. Jacuzzi was nice after walking all day. Gas grill didnt work properly. Location was great, very easy to get to all the attractions.

Clean and convenient to everything we like to do there. Family enjoyed the stay.

We stayed the weekend before Christmas and had an amazing time especially with all the Christmas lights in town. This cabin was wonderful and we loved the outdoor feel it had. We all agreed even the not so little kids (19,19 & 15) that we would definitely stay here again which we hope to do again in 2026. We had no issues at all.

We did a few days with our daughter,SIL & grand baby. This cabin was perfect! Clean, spacious & comfortable. Nice place to spend family time and close to everything as well. Just a short drive to the parkway which was really nice. Would definitely come back for another stay!

Cabin was nice, water spots on ceilings had a smell in jacuzzi room. Lots of banging and construction like work going on.

Not far from anything you want to do

The cabin was conveniently located near the Pigeon Forge Parkway. It was very clean and well decorated, not only with an everyday country and wildlife theme, bet also well decorated with seasonal Christmas decorations. As a child of the 70s, my favorite thing was the 6 vintage arcade machines, like Pac-Man, Galaga, and Asteroids. Took me back a few years. Highly recommend this cabin.

Was looking to be a wonderful stay. We always check for “bedbugs “. Looked good at first. My 24 year old grandson was bitten and we there was hives at first. Then two days later we saw 2 live bugs. This was in the bedroom with two beds. Called the owners and he had my daughter send him pictures and he stated it was bedbug. He offered to pay for a hotel room for us-7 people? We course checking out for one last day. So he suggested to put all our belongings in the dryer. My son in law was up all night heating up all our things. No offer for any kind of compensation for our troubles. What can be done about this?

Loved the cabin and decor. It was close to town and the neighborhood was quiet. Had one small problem with locking the door the first night we were there, but a quick call to the owner cleared it right up. Owner was very helpful with that and with suggestions of things to do in the area. I would certainly book this cabin again.

It was a cool design. The kitchen was well equipped but lots of old Teflon and plastic. The style was neat but definite grandmas cabin vibes. Weird old plastic flowers, smelly plug ins etc. the kids LOVED the video games.

Good location

Didn’t care for the porch swing facing the side of another cabin.No trouble getting in cabin but as soon as I opened the door the musky wet smell hit me in the face.Then realized both bedrooms were located down stairs.A lot of stairs to overcome for all week.No closet space in one bedroom.Same bedroom the shower space had a broken handle on door with screw hanging out.Needs updated on shower heads and the flooring was very slick.Blow dryer stand hanging by one screw on wall.Gawd awful green carpet throughout the cabin from the 1950’s to 1970’s.Upstairs bathroom comode kept running had to cut the water off to it.There was no cages for trash outside to keep animals out of it so had to clean up trash.Random buckets and kitty liter bucket just hanging out on the porch.Charcoal grill was pretty clean gas grill was a mess!! Rocking chair on lower level was broken completely off the rails but was staged as if nothing was wrong thank the Lord we noticed it before one of us had an accident from it.Trash was in yard the very day we arrived where it had been drug out of cage free trash cans.All in all pretty disappointed.

We had a fantastic stay at this home. Gene is a great host and answered any questions we had. Check in was simple via email, all instructions in the property were well posted but not over the top. Beautiful location up in the hills away from the hustle and bustle, but just a quick 5-7 minute drive onto the main thoroughfare. Kids loved the video games(and dad too!) All the rooms were clean and well appointed, plenty of kitchen items avaliable, and nice comfy seating. Highly recommend!

Property was perfect for what we needed. Location very convenient to attractions but far enough away for relaxtion. Beds very comfortable. Arcade games were a hit for all ages. Property could use some updating throughout. Otherwise, perfect cabin for the location. Owner excellent at communication and very hospitable.

There are a community of cabins and very nice. The jets in hot tub was not very strong. It would be nice to have more hooks around. The beds were comfortable. Very nice but could have been cleaner.

The cabin was great. We had a couple issues but the property manager was all over it to make it right. Very nice and committed to making our stay wonderful. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Every thing was great except I think you need to replace the shower heads.

We stayed here with our 4 boys (ages 3-13) and had an awesome stay. The property is clean and organized and offered all necessary conveniences. I appreciated the extra touches of this property to make our stay comfortable (extra paper products, trash bags, comfortable beds furniture, etc). My kids loved the wall of video games and honestly so did the adults. This property was centrally located in Pigeon Forge and close to most attractions during our visit. It was a great location to relax after a busy day out and about. Thank you!

We LOVED this place!! Very clean and well maintained. Beds are comfortable had to use a couple of pillows (I like a more firm pillow) the games are a bonus and work as they should. Easy access to downtown (Parkway)

The property was as described. It was comfortable, clean and had easy access to local attractions.

The hot tub outside was unable to be used there was questionable stuff floating in it. The hot water tank isn't even set high enough or big enough to fill the jet tub in the master room. There is NO heat in the downstairs of the cabin at all!!! It is not worth the money to pay to stay.Looking in the spice cabinet alot of the products in there are old and outdated! I honestly wish I would of rented a hotel and saved myself some . Please do yourself a favor and do the same.one more thing woke up to gun shots not just one but alot of them multiple times.

Place was clean spacious even for my large 6 person family. It was also very close to the Pigeonforge main drag. Runs a little cold in the basement but that could just be me. Overall a good place to stay when coming to Pigeonforge.

We had a great time at our stay in this cabin it was so clean and the location was great so close to the parkway but not to close either it was a nice place to sit out on the deck and enjoy the quiet time we will definitely plan to come back again soon.

This was our second time of staying at this cabin. My grand children loved the arcade games as well as us adults 😊. We enjoyed everything about the cabin. We cooked several meals and there was plenty of cookware and dishes. The cabin is located close to the main road and easy to get around. Thank you for another great Christmas family getaway.

This cabin was Awesome! Everything was as advertised. The only thing was the timer for the gas logs was not working so we didn’t have the fireplace.I spoke with the property owner Mr Gene to let him know it was not working and he was a very cordial and nice man. Overall a great experience!

We really enjoyed the cabin. It was me, my son and my husband, plenty of room. The beds were clean and very comfortable. We couldn’t use the fireplace, but that’s ok, it was a warm weekend. We loved the location, not far from everything, but quiet also. Will stay again!

This was our first stay in a VRBO. It was truly a fun place to stay. It was clean, tidy and all kitchen necessities were available. Towels and sheets were readily available, as well as the hot tub. We're going to make this a yearly trip and hope to stay here again.

We are very impressed with The Raccoon din. Even though it rained some, it was still enjoyable. We will try and get back another time.

Little noisy during day in week because of construction next door but not cabin owners fault. We will definitely stay there again. Loved it.
