Amazing Lake Home in Baxter. Minutes to the golf courses and area attractions

Beautiful home with a beautiful lake view. The house is very spacious and the three bathrooms are large and updated. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The host was readily available to answer any questions that we had.

Great place and great host! We had 8 guys together for a weekend golf trip and this place worked out perfect! Close to all the Brainard golf courses. Beautiful property with wonderful trees and fire pits and view of the lake. The inside is nicely updated. The kitchen is spacious, well appointed and well furnished. It was just a wonderful place to be and hang out and relax.

We had a great time here with so much space for our children and their families. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out and just enjoy being together and away from the hustle and bustle of our daily lives. Property had everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation with family.

Jerr’s home was perfect for our family consisting of ages infant to 70. It was clean and spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The six cousins under the age of 13 loved the big, gently sloping yard…perfect for yard games from morning to night. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The lake is a little weedy but there is a small sandy beach. The paddle board and paddle boat were enjoyed by both the kids and adults. I would recommend Jerr’s home as a perfect large family property.

The location was ideal and the space was incredible! Having 3 bathrooms and lots of bed space was perfect for our group of 10. The open space allowed for easy visiting and the big table was perfect for games. Host was responsive and helpful. We will definitely utilize this site in the future.

This house worked perfect for us. We had four adult couples with plenty of room. On the lake and close to town it was great.

We absolutely loved this property! The only compliment that we generally had was the TV remotes in the king size room downstairs were not working. We didn't get a chance to use the paddle boat however the paddle board was fun. We had a fire one night and didn't see tge firewood until we picked some up in town. We left what we had up there for the owners/ future guests. Thank you again for everything

The property was as advertised. Spacious, clean, and well appointed. Lots of room for sleeping, and general all around large social areas. Everything we needed was there and available. Our host was very attentive and was easy to work with. We would stay here again in the future.

We loved the property. It was perfect for our group of friends who came for a golf trip. Jerr was a great host. My only recommendation is to get another driveway trash can (it quickly overfilled). Thanks and we hope to visit again!

The best furnished cabin we have ever stayed in. It’s exactly as they said it would be. Owner was very accommodating and made sure you were happy with everything. Highly recommend staying there!

The house was beautiful and fit 10 of us perfectly. Very welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The location was also ideal. Close to all of our favorite Brainerd places. The only downside was the lake front. Just okay and pretty weedy. Didn’t really want to get in the water. The lake was super quiet and peaceful though. We had a great stay and would go back.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. Weather was amazing. Rooms were very spacious and beds big enough for all couples. Common area was great for meals, cards, and plenty of conversation. Host had fantastic communication. My only complaint is that we were not aware they had pets and allergies acted up a bit. There was also a spot on one of the couch armrests that smelled like poop (presumably from a pet sitting there).

we were in town for a Nashville Comes Home concert series our nephew was playing in. All the family were able to stay at one place and support our nephew. It was perfect for us and had 2 older grandmas that were able to get around with walkers w/o problem. Great place to stay!!
