The first bedroom has a king-size bed, the second has a queen-size and a set of bunk beds, and the third has four twin beds. Two more guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. The two bathrooms have showers, sinks, and toilets. Towels and linens are kindly provided by the hosts.

The cozy living room has plenty of seating for everybody thanks to the sofas and armchairs centered around a coffee table, a great spot to kick back, relax, and enjoy each other's company after a busy day exploring eastern Texas' attractions.
