Guest Access:

Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. Checkout code will be provided the day before with instructions.



The entire cabin is available to the guest with the exception of the owners closet and the garage.



The Neighborhood:

Pinhoti Summit is an amazing luxury, gated neighborhood consisting of designer homes, upscale finishes, and some of the highest elevations in Georgia. Access is via paved roads until you enter the access road that is about 1 ½ miles long. It is typical of mountain gravel road with some bumps and uneven terrain. If you are not familiar with driving these types of roads in the mountains then we would recommend a 4x4 or AWD vehicle. It is very manageable with other vehicles following these recommendations:



-Take your vehicle out of traction control

-Use lower gears

-Keep a steady speed and momentum

-Stay to the high side of the road vs. cutting curves sharp

Pets:

No pets are allowed.



Trash and Litter:

Trash pickup service is provided on Tuesday. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the two trash cans provided. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also, if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Pool Rules:

There is a Pool Waiver to be signed in PMI Guest Portal after booking. Please follow all rules for your safety.



Wildlife:

This home is located next to the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest. You may experience bear sightings and other wildlife including: Racoons, Foxes, Armadillos, and others. Do not approach or feed any wildlife.



Quiet time:

Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes the hot tub, fire pits and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen guests.



Smoking Policy:

This property is a NO SMOKING property of any kind.



Cancellation Policy:
