Description

This new 1110 sq foot log cabin sits in a perfect location. Out the back door is the Glacier View Golf Course and out the front door the Middle Fork of the Flathead River which offers excellent trout fishing. We are in West Glacier which provides the best access to all of the corners of Glacier National Park; including the famous Going to the Sun Highway, the Alaska-like North Fork Road, and the backcountry roads into the Bob Marshall Wilderness.

After a busy day hiking, rafting, fishing, or exploring the Park you will love coming back to this cozy home. The cabin is constructed with solid blue pine logs and post and beam craftsmanship. In the great room, there is a cathedral ceiling and wood stove. A loft adds space for kids to play or watch television on the flat-screen TV. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and cherry cabinets in the kitchen provide a great setting for baking a huckleberry pie!

The elegant yet rustic interior has hardwood floors and reclaimed wood stairway. There is a Queen bedroom upstairs with half bath and a loft area with a full futon to sleep two more. Downstairs is a Queen bedroom with a full bathroom. There are a washer and dryer on the main floor, as well.

Relax on the timber frame covered front porch with a beverage after a long day of hiking or barbecue in the back yard.

There are a ukulele and a classical guitar (if the strings are still intact :))
