We stayed at this property to attend a local race and it was in the perfect location. Host was great and communicative. This is a great spot for anyone looking to explore nordegg and area! Very spacious and had everything you would need.

## Review: Needs Improvement – Heating, Water, and Connectivity Issues**Rating: **I recently stayed at this property, and while the location and layout had potential, the lack of basic functional amenities made for a very uncomfortable experience. There were three primary issues that significantly impacted the quality of the stay: * **Heating Problems:** The property was consistently cold. Despite adjusting the thermostat, the heating system seemed unable to maintain a comfortable temperature. It felt as though the unit was either underpowered for the space or malfunctioning, making the indoor environment quite chilly, especially during the evenings. * **No Hot Water:** One of the most frustrating aspects was the complete lack of hot water. Throughout the entire duration of the stay, the water remained lukewarm or cold. This made basic tasks like showering nearly impossible and is a major oversight for any rental facility. * **Unreliable Wi-Fi:** The connectivity was incredibly spotty. The Wi-Fi would frequently drop out or provide such weak signals that even basic web browsing was a struggle. In an era where connectivity is essential for both travel planning and leisure, the weird lag and constant disconnections were a constant source of annoyance.**Final Verdict:** Until the management addresses the water heater and HVAC system, I cannot recommend staying here. These are essential utilities that failed to meet basic standards.

Very quiet area, perfect for a cozy getaway. View of the mountains was nice, and the stay was comfortable for the 5 of us! The house was clean, and the host was extremely responsive and checked in with me during the stay. I was told there were spices and such to use for cooking, but they all seemed to be nearly empty/some empty. There was an oven, but no baking sheets, just a single roaster. The bathrooms were a great size with lots of towels, but the dispenser labelled “body” was empty. Some of the utensils in the kitchen were broken, damaged, or not working properly, but we were still able to cook all of our meals.Overall, a great stay - we would come back again!

The place was great and the town of Nordegg is awesome. Not a big deal but there is a retainer hanging off the magazine rack and the can opener doesn't really work.Otherwise we were very happy!

We had a fabulous stay at this property over the Christmas holiday. The home is a great size, with 3 large bedrooms and the well stocked kitchen made meal prep a breeze. The master bathroom shower is spa worthy! It is so quiet at this location and easy to get around Nordegg and the surrounding area. Great location and the host was ninja responsive to any requests I had.

We all loved the area of Nordegg, close to great hikes, lake views and we were there on the weekend of Nordegg Days (thanks for the heads up from our host!). Everything was a described, we had good beds (a must for me) to sleep on. The laundry facilities helped out a lot. We would definitely stay again. Thanks!

We had a great time here! It is a nice mobile home right in the town of Nordegg. We were close to the hikes we wanted to check out as well as the few amenities in the town!

This Vbro was really great! The host was awesome, from the communication before during, and after! Our rental was very clean and was the perfect fit for our family while we were in town for a wedding! Our only disappointment was the ad had said there was a hot tub and at the last minute the ad was changed to say there was not and indeed there is not ( a mix-up somewhere) there is however an AMAZING shower, and the views are wonderful! The home is clean and beautiful, and the host is very accommodating! We will be back, and would for sure stay here again!
