Great stay

The cabin was the perfect cozy place to come home to after braving the crazy prairie winds and SD cold! It was clean, very well maintained, and nicely arranged to support a family stay. We watched deer and other wildlife in the campground in the mornings, and it was just a short walk to the playground and Canyon Lake. Highly recommend!

The cabin was cozy and comfortable. We even had a deer who seemed to live in our yard - saw her every evening when we came home! The patio/carport was perfect to BBQ and we loved eating out on the picnic table.

We loved this cabin. Close to everything we wanted to visit in the area. Four adult were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our first trip to the Black Hills so we weren’t entirely certain where to stay. We were lucky to find this great cabin. It was incredibly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. On site staff was friendly and helpful. Access to the local sites as well as downtown was excellent. It’s a block from a trail around a pretty lake. Now that we know the area better we will definitely stay here again!

This property is amazing. Quiet and clean. This was a perfect cabin for a weekend getaway with friends. The property feels like it’s in the country but it’s right next to town. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend this place and I will stay here again.

Was just expecting more of an actual VRBO and not a cabin in a campground. Still very nice people and area. Also wish it was farther out in the park and not so close to town.

It was a nice place to stay. Just minutes to downtown, but no traffic noise. The weather was good during our stay so we ate meals outside on the picnic table. Most neighbors did as well.

My husband, adult son and I spent the week in Rapid City just exploring. The cabin we rented was clean, comfortable and the beds comfortable. Everything was as described. Friendly check in, quiet surroundings, clean spacious cabin, and our expectations were met. I highly recommend these cabins! Thank you for a great time!!

We spent much of our time running around the national and state parks in 100 degree heat so it was great to have someplace close by to cool off, rest up, and get back at it!! Very clean and quiet too!!!

Cabin was well set up, all the comforts of home, and in a great location to see all the regional sites. We only wish we had time to stay longer.

Excellent stay and area. Everything we needed was provided. Only one drawback, wall between bedrooms very thin. Snoring could be heard easily!!

This was a perfect place to stay. A nice playground for the grandson. Ducks in the back yard. The staff are very responsive and helpful. Next time we’re in Rapid City we’ll stay here again.

Great location! Clean, plenty of towels. Only complaint is kitchen could have been stocked with better/more pans and utensils. We would stay again my son loved that the playground was so close.

A wonderful location and little cabin. One morning we had difficulty with getting hot water. When I told the property owners, they had it fixed by the time we got back from our sightseeing. Great people.

Such a nice area with a beautiful lake, stream, fishing, walking/hiking trails along creek. The cabins are great-cozy with a gas fireplace, TV, comfortable beds and so clean! It was nice to have fans in each bedroom. There was extra bedding for the futon and extra pillows in each bedroom. An extra nice touch was the flavored coffee and creamer to use in coffee maker. Just a few suggestions would be for a replacement futon pad as the coils were very uncomfortable on it, a roll of paper towels and a box of tissues. Would we recommend this property? ABSOLUTELY! I can’t wait to find a reason to go back!

It was very nice accommodating our needs. My daughters and I were there to visit family so weren’t in cabin much but would go there again. Very easy to get too and was very quiet area I give it 10 stars

Enjoyed it all. Location among the trees - short walk to Canyon Lake - deer wandering around - very quiet. Well furnished with all necessities. Easy access to all attractions. Hope to return.
