We had a very nice stay at Absolute High. This was our 1st time booking a vacation rental through Vrbo. The cabin was very clean and spacious. There is a game room and a media room downstairs. There is nice view of the mountains from the back deck. We cooked out on the grill! The location is perfect. It's just a short drive into town and also close to the Blue Ridge Parkway. We would definitely book this location again.

It was very Relaxing and Enjoyable to sit in the Rockers on the back deck and take the Mountains in. My Husband and I with our 2 Dogs (Toy Maltese and Shorkipoo) Enjoyed our stay. The Cabin was very Clean, and the Kitchen was well stocked with Pots/Pans/Utensils etc for Preparing a meal. This Cabin is within minutes of Downtown West Jefferson to a Variety of Wonderful Shopping and Restaurants. We Recommend Carolina Mountain Rentals Staff they are very nice, professional and knowledgeable.

Reviewer Comments: first time renting a cabin and we were not dissapointed. the staff were really friendly and helpful each time i contacted them. property was located close to west jefferson which is what we wanted. cabin was clean and stocked with the basic necessities. the only negative i have is the back yard is really steep.

We arrived to snow! The house is located at the top of the mountain and there are gorgeous views from the top of the driveway to the mountains on one side and another expansive, gorgeous view of the mountains and valley stretching out behind the house from the back windows and porches. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was super clean and comfortable and it was the perfect holiday retreat.

Excellent location and access to town. Beautiful home! Beautiful view! Very satisfied with that but the house was not clean. There were dead huge flies all over the floor in the living room. There was black animal hair in the tub down stairs. The bedroom upstairs with queen bed had large flies flying around window. At one time I counted 20. Biggest flies I ever saw. Whoever cleans for you does not do a good job.

We were very disappointed that they did not have the pilot light on the fireplace lite and no gas for the fireplace . We did read after we got there the fireplace was not turned on until 10-1 OK we checked in 9-30 . They couldn’t have handled that before we arrived?? We called the management company and LM. After 5 hours of not hearing from them, we called back..

We had a wonderful stay at Absolute High. Small glitch with the fireplace so be sure to ask if gas has been delivered if looking to rent soon. Otherwise, nothing but great things to say-well stocked-very clean and cozy. Would definitely rent here again.

Enjoyed this cabin and our stay very much. The views were amazing and we had plenty of space for our family. The property was very clean and stocked. We enjoyed our stay and will book again if available.

Reviewer Comments: Our stay was excellent! The views were everything to have coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. We saw deer below the deck almost every day. There was a Gray Hawk that flew by several times. We put up a humming bird and had hummers in 15 minutes. It was also a treat to see the US Air Force F-16s fly by below the mountains. We are planning our next visit.
