A Beautiful, Fully Furnished Log Cabin Overlooking Keuka Lake

Had a wonderful stay at the cabin! It was very clean, cozy and peaceful. Great location and view. The dogs loved the enclosed play area. We would definitely return for another stay.

Love this place, this is our 3rd stay here and its always a great time. Its the perfect location, close to several great wineries and breweries. Can't wait to stay here again!

We beyond enjoyed our time in the cabin. It is exactly what we needed. Literally relaxed, watch movies, played card and video games and just enjoyed the sound of nature. Our furry ones enjoyed the space to run.

This is our second year renting this cabin in December. The location is perfect and the cabin is lovely. It would have been nice if there was some seasonal decor so that it felt like the holidays (last year there was some garland, a few christmas items and a pointsettia on the table), but in general it was another perfect stay.

Beautiful view. Private. Safe fenced area for dogs. Impeccably clean. Comfortable couches, cable tv, and well appointed kitchen. Would be happy to stay here again when visiting family near Geneva.

The cabin is a perfect blend of log cabin rustic and comfort with a million dollar view of Keuka Lake. Felt at home, and would definitely return.

We absolutely love this cabin. This was our second stay and we couldn't think of staying anywhere else. The host (Tricia) is wonderful to work with. The cleaning staff did a great job preparing for our stay. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

Beautiful & clean home with a view of the lake! It is in a quiet, private location just a short drive away from the wineries. It was pet friendly. Our dogs enjoyed running around in the fenced in area of the yard.

I’ve rented this property many times over the last 15 years. It’s gone thru some changes, most of them being updates/upgrades. All of which have only made it better and more enjoyable. I hope to continue coming here for many years to come.

The property is in a quiet, tranquil location in the heart of wine country. A lovely property with great hosts.

Absolutely beautiful! The house was spotless and had everything you might need. Traveled to the area for a wedding at the Mansion at Keuka Lake (with the rehearsal at Abandon Brewery) and this house was extremely convenient to both places, yet perfectly secluded. Our dogs had their own little private vacation running and sprawling out in the fenced in yard … they loved it. Don’t think twice, it’s great.

This cabin was serene. The land is beautiful and deer graze in the back every day. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to sit on the deck which overlooks the lake and have coffee in the morning and wine at night. The location is a little off the beaten path, but it’s close to Seneca farms, wineries and downtown Penn Yan.

Great location, views were great from the cabin. Perfect spot for our pets, clean and felt like home away from home! Easy check in and check out process. Would stay again.

Excellent cabin overlooking the lake in the distance. Very clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. Close to everything in Penn Yan. Wineries, Breweries and farm stands were all close. Restaurants were outstanding including Burnt Roses, 18th Amendment and several miles away was Sans Dumplings...not to be missed. Communication with the owners was very good. Thanks for allowing us to use your beautiful home. We will definitely be back.

Our stay at A Beautiful Place was wonderful! It was a refuge in the woods overlooking Lake Keuka. So peaceful and comfortable. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

We keep coming back to this beautiful log cabin and the view. Fully equipped with everything you need. Our dogs love their walks every morning in the neighborhood!! The location is close to everything from kayaking, shopping, wineries and breweries! Thank you again we had a wonderful time!!

Beautiful home with view of lake. Quiet location close to local amenities. We watched the deer eating at sunset in the field below. Teens enjoy the air hockey table.

Nice property – quiet, good view, lots of space. Pet friendly, with dog run next to house. Clean. No dishwasher, bring your own sheets. WiFi frequently lost connection, but ok cell service. It’s a wood cabin ,which can get hot, but air conditioner and ceiling fans kept it comfortable despite it being 90 and humid outside. Fine for a 2-night stay.During our short stay, the owner was courteous enough to notify us that they would be on property removing a fallen tree, but not likely be in our way. We were out all day and did not see them. However, they also showed up exactly at checkout time and sat in their car watching as we were loading up our car and made a final round in the house. We always view our stays as guests of someone sharing their home, and treat places as if they were ours; we leave places spotless. But at some level, we paid for the privilege of staying; show a little courtesy. Should we have been 100% packed up and driving off by 10? Technically. But we’ve never had any place (hotel, AirBnB sitting outside waiting for us like that. Who of us doesn’t actually check out sometimes at 10:10. And we’ve had AirBnBs give us extra time (e.g., we are going to breakfast, can we be out by noon in case we are a little late?” Never had a problem. So this falls under “not wrong, but a little odd.”Even with no dishwasher nor laundry, they wanted everything spic and span. Beautiful, charming, secluded cabin. Location was great. Loved sitting on deck drinking our coffee in am and sipping wine in evening. Our dog loved the enclosed area. First time in fingerlakes. Had a great time visiting dog friendly wineries and restaurants.

The view from this property is stunning. Being able to sit out on the deck and enjoy a glass of wine as the nightcap to our wine trails was the perfect way to end our day. We traveled with our dogs, my parents, and our infant son. If you are traveling with kids, just be sure to bring a good noise machine because this is a true log cabin and if guests are staying upstairs, it can get very noisy at night. The dogs loved this property and the fenced in area is great. Our dogs are off leash trained and enjoyed being able to roam the backyard with no one else around. My husband is an avid fisherman and was able to charge his boat at night while also enjoying a very short ride to a boat ramp on Keuka. It was the perfect place for us. Very clean, the owners are very responsive, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Beautful log cabin. Ample room and great for dogs. Only problem is they do not provide towels or linen, did not know in Advance, can rent it through a service. Never experienced this before.

We had a great stay except for problems with the bees on warm days. It is really a beautiful place!

The property was perfect! Clean, dog-friendly, easy to find, and relaxing. The sunrise is amazing when not overcast. The deck was used for some snoozing by the pups, and relaxing by the humans. It was home base for hiking and wineries. The instructions for check-in were straightforward and simple. Though you have the feeling of being remote, Penn Yan is less than 10 minutes away.

This was the perfect location for our family to stay for Keuka College graduation! Property was clean, nice, and exactly as listed! Would highly recommend this property!

Everything about this place was absolutely beautiful! It was just as perfect in person as the photos depicted. The house was impeccably clean and had all the amenities to make us feel right at home. The only thing I wish it had noted upfront in the listing was that it was BYO bed linens and bath towels. It has an amazing view of Keuka and is perfectly situated to easily visit the nearby lakes.

The cabin was perfect. Enjoyed our four days there. Did some relaxing, cooking, sitting on the deck. Saw deer, foxes, lots of birds. Had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend.

Property is exactly as advertised. A beautiful view of the lake, a great porch to enjoy the scenery (including the deer roaming the property!) and a very clean cabin for your stay. If you have your fur babies, there is a very nice fenced in yard for them to play in. Highly recommend!

We loved this cabin. The view is beautiful, the cabin was clean, and the hosts made everything easy. The only downside was the woodpecker that apparently really loved the cabin too! But truly, we are already planning the next time we can visit!

A Beautiful Place is our happy place! It’s clean, comfortable, cozy (love the fireplace), secluded but convenient. This was our fourth visit (and counting) for my husband and me and our two pupsters. We celebrated my birthday by visiting our favorites — Konstantin Frank winery, Sans dumplings, Amity coffee shop and Abandon Brewery — and discovering Azure Hill winery. As if on cue eight deer appeared in the backyard on my birthday just as they did last year. A happy place indeed!

The host was amazing, very accommodating. We’ve stayed here in the past and the stay this time was nothing short of exceptional as the last! We had a fabulous stay and so peaceful. We enjoyed the house and all the privacy and had 8 deerin the back yard. We toured some wineries but stayed at the cabin most of our stay. We loved it.

We had an amazing time during our stay. Our host was so accommodating and communicative throughout the whole process. The property was immaculate and you can tell it is taken care of very well. I look forward to our next stay and will most definitely be booking here again!!!!

We had a very relaxing weekend in this beautiful place. We especially loved the gorgeous view of the lake. Had a nice time putting together a puzzle while staying warm and cozy inside with the fireplace on. Would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Beautiful wooden place as i was dreaming to be in! Its only 5 mins away from down town where you can find all kinds of shop. The people in town are very friendly and kind. I would love to come back again soon!

This cabin was exactly as advertised. There is something special about the finger lakes in December. The pace is slower, as tourists are fewer and the winery, distillery and brewery workers have more time to chat. Then to be able to go back to this lovely, secluded cabin at the end of the day and unwind wa just what we needed!

Cute, cozy cabin on the hill. Swinging on the front porch, with a beautiful view. We couldn't ask for anything more! Priceless!!!

Everything was as described. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of bed pillows etc. Sunrises over the lake from the back deck were enjoyed on the mornings it was not raining. There is a good brewery just half a mile from the house. Many walking paths and hiking close by. And of course Seneca Farms for yummy ice cream.

Nice location and view. I need to tell them that they have holes in their roof/eve where the birds are getting in.

The property is private and serene with an outstanding view. It has everything you need to enjoy a getaway vacation. We visited wineries, restaurants, and a sunflower field. We lounged on the deck, played games and cooked an Italian meal. Lots of fun!

Second year we stayed there. Lovely property, well-maintained. Close to lots of things - Finger Lakes (of course) with all their parks and waterfalls, vineyards for wine tastings, Corning Glass Museum, etc etc. Highly recommend!

The cabin is super comfortable and has all the modern amenities— central air, full kitchen with everything you need. The lake view is relaxing. We didn’t end up bringing our doggies, but the fenced in area is just perfect for pets. Highly recommend.
