We first walked in and there was dried food in the sink, the outside and inside of frig was disgusting, counter tops were disgusting. There was three old pizza boxes in the oven that were full of mold. The floors , I dont think were ever swept. We had to sweep the pool that was full of leaves and bugs on the floor of the pool. So we had to clean the first 3 hours of our trip. The pool water was very clean after we cleaned the floor. We liked the the large bathrooms and all the bedrooms. Pillows and beds were comfortable, but not top grad. we would stay there again ONLY IF THE PLACE WAS CLEANED!!!!

We Loved our stay .Parking was easy . The car port can easily fit 3 trucks with street parking big enough for 2 or 3 more cars right out front. The garage held 4 dirtbikes and 3 two seater sxs no problem and was all lockable and we had no issues . The house is huge and everything was clean and ready to go for us . (The showers had great pressure and super hot water! ) overall a great stay definitely would recommend. Wish we went a little later to enjoy the pool that is massive but maybe next time . The trail system is less than 5 minutes down the street . Make sure to check out dandys for some great bar food and cheap beer !

This place is underrated, it’s massive inside! Tons of room to relax, stretch out and enjoy. The pool set up and patio is great for hosting all of your guests. The location is great especially for the access to the Hatfield Trail System. Less than a mile to the trailhead! Gas stations in town; several bar/restaurant options all close to the house. Clean beds and baths. There’s plenty of parking for your machines, and it’s a quiet little street with plenty of privacy & security.

Maggots in bathroom,bedrooms were dirty,kitchen was nasty,fridge had a terrible smell

Property was as described but the description about plenty of room for parking was misleading. We had a 44 ft fifth wheel and without expertise driving you won't get your rig near the house. The turns are too sharp and tight in either direction of the road. We had to go past the road up to the hospital on the top of the hill all the way around to get the rig turned around to come back down the hill to get up the the road to the front of the house. When we left we had the back back down the road out onto the other Road to get out. Everything everybody else has said and all of the reviews are very accurate. We definitely enjoyed our stay but we were a group of 12 with four different trucks and trailers and parking was very challenging. Two of the rigs had to be parked on a different block below the house and we had to put our trust into the neighborhood and community that nothing would happen to them, and fortunately nothing did.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was extremely spacious for all of us. The home was extremely clean And Welcoming when you enter. We will Definitely lease this property again on our next trip.

We had a great time. The house is beautiful and very spacious. Location is perfect because it’s close to everything. Neighbors were very nice! Host was super nice and very accommodating. We will definitely come back and stay again! Dirt Days was a lot of fun for us and my nephews. The vendors were very friendly. The town has a lot of cool history.

Property was very large and had plenty of space to gather.

We had an amazing weekend full of adventures! The kids loved the game room and pool. The home owners were super and very responsive. We had a slight issue with the upstairs air conditioner and they went above and beyond to get it fixed quickly!!
