Nice getaway in a nice area. House has everything you need to enjoy your stay

Great place. Quiet neighborhood. Master bedroom bed is not the most comfortable I have slept in.

This charming house in a gated community was very comfortable with a very well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck enjoying the quiet while watching storms in the distance. There were walking paths as well as neighborhood streets to walk on.

It was an awesome home just needs a couple fixes then it would be perfect

Our stay in your cabin was very nice. The cabin itself is beautiful and nicely decorated. All stated amenities were available. Coffee pods and flavored sweeteners, plenty of dishes and soap, nice towels and cleaning supplies. The back porch with it's grill and seating area were private and scenic. We had a very peaceful week and enjoyed the local area as well.

My experience was disappointing and not worth the price we paid. The house was disorganized and messy, with no extra supplies available. It was also very difficult to reach the cabin owner, as my messages often went unanswered. On top of that, the propane tank was empty when we arrived, and we had to wait a couple of days for someone to deliver a replacement. In contrast, we booked another property nearby for our family, and it was a great experience. That house was clean, well-maintained, and the owner was super communicative. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this property.

Weather was perfect. Breakfast and dinner on the patio, play during the day.

The cabin was clean and the location is perfect for us. Because we have rented this same cabin twice before we knew what to expect at our last visit. The chairs in the dining area are unsafe and need repair, the drain in the master bedroom sink makes a gurgling noise and some slats were missing on the rear deck railing, It is sad to see how hard other guest have treated this cabin. Also, better lighting is needed on the front porch steps, and the rugs need to be replaced on the floor inside the cabin and on the rear deck. Both my wife and granddaughter slipped and fell. Lastly, guests should be reminded of the wildlife in this area. The morning we were checking out, the trash barrel was turned over likely by wildlife.

The unit was very spacious, well stocked with thoughtful things, and had comfortable beds. When we arrived to Cardinal Landing we found it was a gated community. We were not given the key code ahead of time. We waited until another resident entered and quickly followed. We asked a neighbor for a code and she gave us the pizza delivery code. Upon entry we noticed the cold air return grill for the HVAC was extremely dirty. I opened the grill and found the filter was disgusting -- thick with dirt and hair. Two filters were delivered after texting with the cleaning service contact and the owner. We found all of the living room sofas and recliner to be old (collapsed cushions), dirty and very uncomfortable. My wife is 5'-3 and petite, I am 6' and 230 lbs. Neither one of us could find a comfortable place to sit. I put a bed sheet over the recliner and sat on a pillow. The living room TV would not start. I moved the small bedroom TV to the living room. It was a streaming smart TV (which was great) so I installed my YouTube TV account.

This is our second year renting this cabin. We've booked a lot of short term rentals and this is at the top of the list.

House was very clean in a nice and quiet gated community. It was nice to enjoy the scenery of the pines all around the property. We would stay again. Thank you.
