Stayed Feb 16, 2024Was pitch dark with sharp turns and barbed wire fence on the driveway when we checked-in. No clear instruction that we had to go to the back of the house to enter. House was clean and rustic. Ran out of hot water while taking bath and the cold shower with 20F outside was not fun.

Stayed May 7, 2019I'm not a big fan of writing reviews but this property screams for a wonderful review. The owners were warm and friendly. While we were unaware that the owners stayed next door to the cabin once we were checked in they allowed us the privacy we expected. If you enjoy beautiful scenery and views, the quiet comfort of surrounding mountains and farmland then this is the place to stay. We spent most of our time sitting on the front porch in the swing. It was wonderful.

Stayed Dec 12, 2025The cabin was easy to get to, warm, and inviting. Came up for my wife's graduation and the host was nice enough to accept some cupcakes that I was having delivered. Whole family had a nice stay. Would stay again.

Stayed Sep 23, 2024I can't express how CLEAN, comfortable, and WELL equipped with everything that you may need..this cabin has to offer!!! The location is 5 mins from downtown Franklin and easy to navigate to surrounding areas. The mountain views are AMAZING!!!

Stayed Jul 14, 2024We loved the atmosphere of this beautiful cabin. It was cozy and inviting. We had a lot of fun exploring the property and admiring the cows. This location was convenient to lots of fun adventures in the Great Smokey Mountains. It was well-appointed for all of our needs. I would definitely recommend it to others!

Stayed Jun 10, 2024We really enjoyed such a comfortable home, not far from Franklin. We loved sitting on the porch and just soaking in the fabulous view. The beds were super comfy and we had everything we needed! We shall return, as we love the Smokies?Blue Ridge area.
