Everything was great, cabin was clean, spacious, beds were comfortable and the porches were amazing for just sitting and talking. We will be back again

Beautiful cabin & great location

The cabin and all its amenities were amazing such a good space and clean and well maintained!! The only complaint is the mattress were so uncomfortable! We only had one even remotely comfortable mattress. Also there’s no coffee pods or sugar to go with the coffee makers. Other than that it was a great experience and we appreciate the space.

Very nice cabin. The cabin had everything to make your stay comfortable. It was convenient to all the main attractions and still far enough away for a quiet getaway.

We didn’t see a pool but the cabin was beautiful, we had a visitor in the middle of the night a black bear was trying to get in the basement and the beds are very hard but other than that it was a great place and will stay again !

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was exactly as shown. We will definitely book again the next time we come to Tennessee!

Great place to stay! Plenty of room. Very nice floor plan and furnishings. Close to town, but the feel of the mountains. One of our favorite getaways ever.

Loved the location and the cabin itself! House instructions were so helpful and easy to follow. There were also several games and we enjoyed teaching our son how to play Pool. We did not give 5 stars due to the lack of resources (towels, coffee, toiletries, etc.).

The cabin was clean and comfortable. I love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The location is great - very convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge.

Our cabin was great! Very clean! Only problem was our neighbors had show cars and came home at night revving up their cars at 1:30- 3:30 am. Woke us up M-Wed night. Very Loud!! Also made us feel a little unsafe. Multiple cars. Cabin very convenient to main road in pigeon Forge. Loved the multiple decks.

This cabin was nice and clean. Very close to attractions and the roads were easy to get to the cabin. We will definitely book here again.

We have rented this cabin for several years, and have never been disappointed! It is always spotlessly clean, quiet and well-maintained. It is obvious that the owners care a great deal about visitor comfort. The location is also perfect! It is only 3 minutes from the Parkway. We are looking forward to staying at Moose Tracks again next year!

Cabin is cozy with plenty of space. Perfect location, close to the parkway but the feel of being in the mountains without long drive to activities. We enjoyed it.

First time renting a vacation home. Very positive experience. The cabin was spacious and nicely decorated.

The cabin was very clean and the check in was seamless and easy. We were able to get our code to the cabin the day of check in, and when we got there a bit early, we were able to bypass the cleaning inspection to get in early.My only minor complaints were that the master bedroom bed was extremely firm. I understand that is a personal preference, so some may like a firm mattress, but this felt like sleeping on plywood. The other beds did not seem that firm, but I did struggle at night to get good rest.Also, my teenage daughters, who shared the main level bedroom complained about the small mirror in the bathroom to get ready in the mornings. I have to admit, it was pretty small compared to the wall space for a potentially larger one.We did have bears come one night and turn over the very heavy trash bin on the deck. While we were careful with making sure the trash was put away, they somehow how the strength to overturn the wooden trash bin and spread our trash everywhere. We cleaned it up the next day and were extra careful with our disposal afterwards, but it shocked us… I blamed it on my amazing cooking and the leftovers they must have smelled. :)Overall, our experience was great. This cabin doesn’t give you any amazing views, but we felt safe and secure. The parking was a bit of an obstacle when the other 2 cabins close by were at full capacity and had larger vehicles parking too, but we made it work.I wound definitely recommend Moose Tracks!

House was clean and well decorated, we enjoyed our stay and the location is fantastic. Wished the mattresses were more comfortable but can’t complain.

Fantastic location, well stocked kitchen for cooking. Great space for kids of many ages! Favorite neighborhood to stay in. Truly enjoyed. We will be back!

First off we really liked this place and would stay again. Location is excellent and has quick access to the main strip while still being out of the way and quiet. For the price its hard to beat. Nice hot tub, plenty of spaces to sit back and relax, the game room downstairs is a huge bonus for a family with kids.Kitchen is well equipped, plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. Three different decks to sit out on. There were a few negatives, the AC is limited to 72 degrees which is fine downstairs but the upstairs loft and bedroom get very warm, if you sleep hot avoid the upstairs bedroom (which sucks as its the master), it was only in the low 80s when we were there I couldnt imagine being over 90 out. The upstairs bed is also hard as a rock. Road is very narrow and windy and has some steep climbs to get there. Overall nice place and very well decorated.

Summit Cabin Rentals did a good job answering any questions I had on the phone and providing a maintenance visit when we asked for it. My 3 bedroom cabin (Moose Tracks) was in a really great location in Pigeon Forge, the beds were comfortable, there was a lot of streaming TV services, the hot tub was great and the cabin was very nicely decorated for Christmas on all 3 levels. We took advantage of the Xplorie pass and were able to go to several activities and save a lot of money. We did though find some negative things that need to be fixed to provide the experience matching the high cost of staying there. The bathroom sinks were all very slow to drain, the upstairs bathtub jets did not work, all the clocks were set to 1 hr ahead, the bath towels were all very cheap and uncomfortable to use with almost no nap left on them, some silverware and large plates were found to be dirty and a 1 cup size measuring cup was missing in the kitchen which hampered our cooking. The only liquid measure was a very large cup so we had to purchase a smaller liquid measuring cup that is commonplace in kitchens.

The stay was great cabin was wonderful beautiful would definitely stay again jetted tub upstairs didn’t work but that was the only issue we were leaving anyway didnt stay in cabin long !!!

The location was super convenient. The cabin was nice and spacious. There are three bedrooms, one on each level. Each has their own bathroom which is great. We had issues with Xfinity TV service. Internet was good and Maintenance installed Rokus devices for TV service the next day (not an issue with the cabin but rather with Xfinity). Downstairs bath has limited counter space and the location of the TV in the downstairs bedroom is difficult to watch when laying in bed. Overall, a really nice experience. I will definitely book this cabin again for a future trip.

Loved the cabin. Plenty of room for our family of 5. We all loved the pool table, and hot tub. Cabin was just enough off the beat and path to not get the noise of town, but close enough we could drive into town in less than 5 minutes, and order food delivery without problem. Great time was had by all.
