I liked the cabin spacious and big and i liked the sauna
Stayed on a family trip full of hiking and outdoorsy events. It was a great place to come crash. The kitchen was beautiful and it fit the entire family.
Great spot for a quick getaway
The cabin was cozy and comfortable. We slept 4 adults and 6 kids with no problems. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this cabin to anyone.
We truly enjoyed our stay here. The communication with the hosts was quick and our needs were met. The sauna at the house was a perfect addition to our family healing time. We would definitely come here again.
We took our family to this cabin over spring break, and had a really nice visit. The house was cute and stocked with everything we needed. It was great for our kids to have options of going downstairs and playing games and watching movies.
Great property to relax. The only bummer was not being able to use the fireplace. I was looking forward to that
We had a really good time here in Munds park for The Weekend, the hosts response time was good, everything was clean and organized, the heat worked really well for being in the snow. Plenty of beds and space for everyone, Definitely recommend
We enjoyed our stay very much. Hosts were very responsive and friendly.
We had a great time. The heater worked really well. I did see in one review that the heat was cold downstairs...it was not. I did want to let you know that the oven was so dirty that I had to scrub it before I continued to use it. There was so much burning, we were actually having a difficult time breathing. This was a Thanksgiving stay for us, so I was cooking. Things that would have improved our experience: measuring cups (a full set), cookie sheets, foil, ziplock, and liquid measuring cups. I had to use the blender to measure. That's all. The appliances were wonderful. Everything worked very well, and we appreciated the kind Christmas card. We would love to stay again.
My stay was okay. This was a very basic house. When we came in everything was very dusty. We had to clean up and mop before unpacking for the weekend. The basement was very cold but the heater was not working. They do have space heaters but you have to keep the door close for it to be hot in the basement. Overall the stay was okay, it was a basic house but the owners does need to improve on cleaning and getting it ready for the next guest.
My family really enjoyed this stay!! Very clean property with lots of games and the kitchen well stocked with all that is needed to hide away from the world for a few. Just bring the groceries. Beds were comfortable. Firepit was spectacular!! Host is very responsive to messages and strives to ensure satisfaction! Will definitely be returning!
We were a bit disappointed in our stay. The home was recently updated in good taste, but the bones are still a rickety old cabin with a closed in / closed off feel – not the best for big groups interacting or feeling immersed in the pines. There were areas of the deck that felt like the planks would break through while walking. The firepit area was overgrown with weeds and not as inviting as the pictures. The living room had a broken recliner. The kitchen supplies for preparing large group meals were minimal. Overall was just not the luxury experience advertised and priced at compared to the many other VRBO’s we’ve utilized. Additionally, the communications were not the best. We received lots of automated emails from vrbo and the owners, lots of redundancy, and often conflicting information. One of the last communications gave instructions for using the firepit but didn’t mention the area was under extreme fire danger and all fires were strictly prohibited that weekend. We brought our own shower supplies because one of the communications said they would not be included (unusual for a “luxury” rental), but they were indeed provided, and I did re-read in another email where it did say they would be provided. One instruction sheet said to strip the beds, the other said don’t worry about it. They did want all dishes clean and trash out of the home which was more old school compared to more recent trend in VRBO’s that behave more like hotels in this regard – obviously don’t leave the property damaged or excessively messy, but the cleaning crew handles these basics. There was also definitely much more of a “don’t do this, this, or that or you will be charged this” than a warm welcoming vibe in most communications.
Great place to accommodate 3 families and teenage kids. Close enough to all the fun activities we planned including Flagstaff Extreme & downtown Flagstaff.
Munds Park, a short 20 miles from Flagstaff is a perfect gateway location to the Flagstaff and Williams area; travelers from the valley will have a shorter travel time and much less traffic. This location is also a great jumping off point for those OHV enthusiasts traveling the Schnebly Hill road to Sedona. The property was well suited for a large family gathering both inside and out; I liked the kitchen and large table off to the side with access to the porch. Space for 5 vehicle is a nice plus. Beds were very comfortable.
Amazing !
We loved this house. It was perfect for our family gathering, and felt like home. We could all gather around the huge kitchen table, around the fire pit, or playing games together in the basement. It was a great location for our day trips to Sedona, Grand Canyon, and around Flagstaff. The neighborhood was shaded and quiet and we will be back. The homeowner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. My family highly recommends!
This property was all that it was advertised to be. The home was very clean and comfortable, nicely updated and in a perfect location when wanting to spend time in both Sedona and Flagstaff. We spent several days in Sedona but also visited Jerome (don’t miss this great old “ghost town”)! We also spent a day spring skiing at Arizona Snowbowl and another day at the Grand Canyon. The home was perfectly accessible to all of these areas. In addition, Preston was very easy to work with and super responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home and we look forward to a future visit!
