Stayed Oct 2, 2021We chose not to stay. Hotels.com led us to believe this room had a private bath and that was NOT the case. The proprietor was very cordial and very apologetic that we were misled. The neighborhood was questionable and didn’t feel safe. We would like to be refunded for this booking and we are not sure how to make this happen with Hotel.com

Stayed Jul 24, 2025My girlfriend and I had a great time here. The house is full of history, walkable to many restaurants and attractions, and is very close to the Canadian border. Katherine has a wealth of knowledge about the area and has many recommendations for tourists looking to explore the local area.

Stayed Oct 2, 2024This property was not at all what we expected, but we did enjoy our stay, mostly because the hostess, Kathryn, was very knowledgeable about the property and area, and was entertaining as well. She brought the property to life, and I did take many photos. I did not understand that breakfast was not included ($50 for two of us) but it was beautifully laid, worth the price, and outstanding fare (she even made delicious eggs on request), and we are glad we stayed for it. Also, there were only two baths available for a number of rooms (I thought we had a private one) and understandably the wait was long. We had a great time, and would recommend the property, as long as the guest understands the bath and breakfast situations. A quirky, fun experience. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to message the hostess - she was responsive.

Stayed Jun 19, 2023Not just a generic place to stay. It's an adventure to stay in a living museum.

Stayed Oct 1, 2021The host was there to greet us when we arrived and showed us into the house to start the fun video tour of the house property. The room and both bathrooms were spotless and comfortable. Easy 10 minute walk to the falls and Maid of the Mist tour! Also, not even a 3 minute walk to the restaurant district. I do highly recommend the breakfast if the host is offering it. It was decadent...yes, decadent! Vegetarian friendly!

Stayed Jun 30, 2021We came to Niagrafalls to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. It has been an fantastic historical and fun 5 day experience made unforgettable by our decision to stay at the Aaron House B&B. The Aaron house is a living museum. Our hostess, Katherine, unselfishly shares her knowledge of the Niagrafalls area, the history of the Aaron House, and her home to everyone who comes to the Aaron House. Her dedication to her house visitors is truly a remarkable experience the cannot be duplicated. She is a great cook. Her breakfast and dinners are over the top. There is a fun and romantic & delightful picnic basket availble for lunch by the falls or in a quiet hiking spot. Sitting at a beautifully set table and talking with other travelers over a meal each day is an experience that we will always cherish and remember. It resembles my family Thankgiving Day Dinners without the drama or difficult work. Great company, fantastic food, comfortable bed, and a little quirkiness, what more could we have asked for during our celebration. Katherine thank you so very much. .
