Upscale and Historic, 2 blocks to Streetcar, 4 to French Quarter, 6 to Frenchmen

Had a great stay here! The owner, Graham, was very responsive and allowed for an early check in. The house was very cool NOLA style and plenty of room for our group of 18. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great place for a large group. Very clean. Good location for Marigny and Quarter access plus beautiful City Park is right down the road. We had some difficulty checking in as our phone number code didn't work but owner was fortunately easy to reach. Some suggestions for renters: bring mosquito repellent to enjoy outside areas and also, mosquitos will come in if quickly thru doors. We kept flying insect spay on hand. Also, downstairs bathtub is SLICK. I slipped as soon as I stepped in the back end but was able to catch myself. Elderly more likely to take this lower room (stairs are steep) so be warned. Palm trees in back need maintenance.

There was plenty of room for 12 family members and we appreciated the 2 bedrooms downstairs, the stairs to the second level were a bit steep for this Grandma!! Jackson Square was about a 20 minute walk and the closest place to find food on foot. DoorDash brought kids pizza one night which was nice. Owner was available and helpful when we had a hard time figuring out how to lock the doors upon leaving. Check out was easy. We highly recommend the home for a large group!

Great place for a large group! Easy walk to the Marigny and the Quarter. Very comfortable beds and a lot of places to hang out.

We had a really great stay here overall and look forward to coming back again next year.The location was a huge highlight. It’s within easy walking distance to the French Quarter, which made getting around super convenient without needing to rely on transportation. For those of us who drove in, the ample parking right out front was a big win.The house itself is set up really well for groups. The kitchen is amazing and made it easy to cook meals together. We especially loved having the additional kitchenette space so people could still grab snacks and drinks without getting in the way of whoever was cooking. The living room had plenty of space for everyone to gather comfortably, and the number of bathrooms made a big difference for a larger group.The beds and pillows were incredibly soft and comfortable, which made it easy to rest and recharge. And the hot tub was definitely a bonus that people enjoyed.

Great place to stay in New Orleans. We had 3 cars and were able to street park close to the house. I felt safe and secure at the house. Our stay was short so we didn't get to enjoy the cute oasis of a backyard or hot tub. It is a quaint charming house with comfy beds. We didn't use the kitchen so I have no info there.

Booked this home based on the reviews for my 40th birthday trip with girlfriends in NOLA. Was not disappointed! Graham was a very communicative and gracious host, answering my messages in a timely fashion and allowing us to drop off luggage before check-in and leave luggage in the house after check-out. The house was clean and located in a neighborhood within walking distance to The French Quarter and Frenchman St. as mentioned in the listing. The aesthetic was vibrant and my bed was super comfy! Would definitely book this property again if I needed a place in New Orleans.

My friends and I had a girls trip in New Orleans and had an amazing time at this residence. The space was extremely clean and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and get ready. We loved the location and had no issues whatsoever with the area or the check in process. I would absolutely recommend this stay!

This property was impeccable from the booking, to the check-in, room layout, and location to the action. Communication with the host was terrific and we will incredibly impressed with the entire process. We will book again in a heart-beat!
