This unit has it all….Centrally located off Hwy 16 near all attractions

Property is located in the scenic Black Hills, very close to all the major attractions, Reptile Gardens, Bear Country USA and Mt. Rushmore is only a short drive. The property itself was beautiful, lots of wildlife to observe, we saw deer in the spacious back yard multiple times a day. Our hosts were very generous and made us feel like their home was ours. There was a washer and dryer located in the unit for us to use and came in very handy with 4 kids for a week. I would definitely recommend booking this if you're looking for a relaxing, remote home base for your Black Hills stay.

I gave the 'description of property' only 4 stars because IT IS SO MUCH MORE THAN ANTICIPATED!! It is clean, cozy, safe, and GORGEOUS. We felt like we were in our own home, or at the very least it was like staying with family. Sonja was so communicative and was there to answer all of our questions prior to booking. The accommodations were SO comfy and clean, and we had more than we even needed. Sonja and Morey went above and beyond to make sure we had all the things we needed. The neighborhood is stunning and a great place to nature watch. Turkeys and deer (babies, too!), a fox, and birds all welcomed us each morning. Our 9-year-old was perfectly content on the bunks and the 'fancy' reclining couches. The soaker tub was a great option, especially if you're out hiking. So much outdoor space to relax in as well as the huge inside. This home is SO special, the Crowleys are even MORE special. 110% recommend this home as a stay. PERFECT location for all things 'fun'....especially great for outdoor exploration and/or families!

It was cozy and just enough for us, even though it was a surprise to only have one bedroom and a living room. It worked out just fine having the kids in the living room. There was also plenty of room in the bedroom for them to sleep, if needed. Sonja and Maurice were very hospitable and we would stay again next time we're that way.

We came to town for a family reunion. The space was a solitude from the large family gathering activities. Completely what we needed. Absolutely lovely area and gracious hosts. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very accommodating and we felt right at home. The hosts were there if we needed anything and we had a nice private area all to ourselves with a beautiful patio area. Lots of seating and area to spread out. We enjoyed all the wildlife right in the backyard. This location was very conveniently located near all the things we came to see in the beautiful Black Hills and it was nice to have a comfortable home base. I highly recommend Sonja and Maury's home to families, couples or whomever.

I had a few amazing days at the property, the owners were very supportive of our needs during the stay. Great location.

Maury and Sonja greeted us on arrival and made us feel welcome right away! The place is just as listed. All the beds were comfy and bedding was clean. The soaking tub was fun for the kids, and adults! The kitchenette had everything we needed and the grill was utilized for cooking. Great central location to all the attractions in a beautiful neighborhood. One thing to note. The rental area is seperated by a curtain and entered through a patio door around the back of the house, garden level. Although we never heard them. I'm sure they heard our family! ;) Lastly there is no way to secure your items, but we also didnt feel a need to. Just a heads up! Would stay again!
