Stayed Apr 12, 2026The host family was generous and very accommodating. We got quick replies any time we asked a question. She gave us a good recommendation for a sunset beach walk. Loved the outdoor kitchen, pool and room spaces. I would book again if I come back to the island. Highly recommend!

Stayed Feb 26, 2026My husband and I spent 10 wonderful days at this property. The hosts bent over backwards to ensure our stay went well. The property is clean and comfortable. The outdoor kitchen was lovely and we had some amazing BBQ dinners. Also really enjoyed hanging around the pool. The property is away from Nassau so is very quiet.

Stayed Feb 10, 2026Close walking distance to the beach 10 -15 minutes … pool was the perfect size!! Host’s were very accommodating they had quick responses to any concerns or questions. We returned our rental car a couple days early the host offered to give us a ride to the airport.

Stayed Oct 15, 2025We stayed here for a week in October, the property is wonderful, well away from the madness of downtown Nassau, peaceful , spacious and well equipped .Our host Ann and her husband were possible the nicest, kindest people we have met on our travels, they picked us up from the airport , made us freshly brewed coffee each morning , shared ideas of places to visit and how to get there, nothing was too much trouble.The pool is lovely , the beds super comfortable , the outdoor kitchen is an added bonus.The beach is walkable, we hired a car(Ann took us to the rental place) which was great to get out and about.We would have no hesitation in recommending this place, we would love to return.Thankyou so much Ann x

Stayed Mar 7, 2025The place was immaculately clean. Away from the hustle and bustle, so extremely quiet. Lovely pool right outside your door! The host is very attentive and went above beyond to make me comfortable when I was not feeling well and for that I am eternally grateful.

Stayed Dec 27, 2024Amazing place with pool and outdoor kitchen. Ann and her family could not be nicer as this is a new listing on VRBO. It is located away from the hustle and bustle of touristville Nassau which is what we wanted, 100% time in the sun, beautiful beaches and PitBoss BBQ! Loved every minute of it. Thanks Ann
