Stayed May 21, 2025Very nice property located in historic old town with sand streets. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to downtown and to beach on the supplied golf cart. Check in was a breeze and the house was clean and well supplied. Would definitely stay again. Front porch was so relaxing

Stayed Jan 23, 2025The Coastal Casita was a absolutely beautiful home for our families annual girls weekend. The kitchen was so modern and luxurious. We didn't get to use the golf cart or the outside porches due to unusually cold weather but we loved the time inside. It has a large common area and table where we all could connect together and lots of private space when needed. Many, many upscale touches. Hope to be back next uear. modern n and luxurious thay we

Stayed Jun 27, 2024We came in to town for our son’s first birthday! Upon arrival, our host Kathy was very informative and accommodating. This home is absolutely lovely and in such a wonderful, quiet and centralized location on the island. The amenities were perfect, the home was extremely clean and beds were soft and comfortable. Our family enjoyed the entire trip, as if it was a home away from home.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024This home is amazing! The moment we walked in we felt at home. The furnishings and decor are immaculate and SO BEAUTIFUL! It was as if we were stepping into a magazine! We travel to Fernandina annually and we were more than a little sad to have to go home. Love love love! If we could give this rental more than 5 stars we would. We can’t wait to come back!

Stayed Jun 2, 2024The property and the location were perfect. The house is very nice and has everything you need for a family vacation. Comes with a 6 seater golfcart to use while you stay. It was a wonderful vacation and look forward to staying here again. Thanks again Kathy for your help and answering all of our questions when we needed anything.

Stayed May 20, 2024If a perfect vacation cottage exists, then this is it! Such a wonderfully thought-out house! Pretty inside and out, in a quiet friendly neighborhood, this cottage is perfect for breakfast or dinner on the porch. Excellent communication with the manager Kathy! She made sure we enjoyed every minute! We will be back! Loved it! 10/10!
