Modern and cozy Italian experience

Great location in city centre near shopping, restaurants, transportation. Lovely courtyard. The room was quite small, but very clean. The check in process was not as smooth as hoped for, but the host was quite responsive once our telecommunication problems were resolved.

The only reason I gave this a good rating is the bed is the most uncomfortable that I've ever slept on. Basically a box spring with a sheet on it. The unit was very clean, as advertised, the host very responsive, greatl location, lots of restaurants and the tram from the mainland to Venice is a 3 minute walk.

Very clean and centrally located. The host is very helpful and approachable. The only problem was communicating via Stayz. I did send her a message via Stayz a while ago about my arrival time, but she said she didn't get it. A day before my arrival, via your website, she asked about the time to arrange someone to be at the property. I tried to reply, but a message said to download your app. I tried to do it, but it said I didn't have a booking. I couldn't find any way to reach customer service via email. Very frustrating to see you don't have proper customer service.

Lovely stay perfectly situated for easy access to Venice from Mestre Centro bus station right around the corner. Easy access to train station as well if looking to connect with cruises in Trieste. The one negative is that guests should be provided with some minimum necessities like shampoo and conditioner not just body wash. A power converter would be useful as well for north american guests. Thank you.

Great place! I'd recommend one more chair (there is only one), and bus stop info. Very clean, great bed, large bathroom, great AC, secure entrance and nice garden space. Jelena met us there. Get daily pass for all buses and boats.

They room was nice and the bathroom was great. Someone could have ran a sweeper over the floor before we got there, but no other complaints!

Our stay went great! The apartments are clean, comfortable and well equipped. Quiet, warm, beautiful. The location is very convenient! The center of Mestre with cafes, restaurants, shops in two minutes walk. Bus stops to Venice near the house and a three-minute walk. Thank you Jelena for the great welcome!

Jelena was an amazing host ... very helpful and accommodating. The unit was a wee bit too cozy, but we had everything we needed. We had good access to transit, to both Venice and to the airport. We felt safe and secure in the building.
