Apartment Venezia-Mestre, Ideally located,Near to Venice,Very peaceful

We traveled by car, and the apartment was easy to find. Adriana and Giovanna met us there, and gave us so much information! We knew just how to find the tram, where to take the garbage, how to work the blinds... And they provided a notebook with additional information available. The apartment felt so spacious, and was very clean and comfortable. The tram stop is just around the corner where we could catch a ride to Venice. We purchased the 3 day pass from the tobacco store nearby, and it was worth every cent! It covered access to the tram, the buses, and the water buses in Venice. We enjoyed a couple of restaurants near the apartment: Bombay Spice and Saikesushi. Both were within walking distance, reasonably priced for a couple, and had excellent food. The notebook suggested some grocery stores nearby, but because we had the car (and needed easy parking), we drove to the Simply market which is a bit further away. They have a parking garage underneath their store that made access very easy. It is a large market where we could find food for meals we planned to eat in. We also purchased laundry detergent to use the washer. It was easy to use. The one thing I would say to anyone who plans to stay here is to manage your showers. The hot water tank in the bathroom is not very large, and we found that we needed to space our showers out about an hour so that we would each have enough hot water. Otherwise, the stay was flawless. Giovanna & Adriana have a lovely apartment and made us feel very welcome, even presenting us with a bottle of champagne as they knew it was our wedding anniversary. They were very helpful and gave us lots of information about everything. The apartment is in a great location, close to the tram that takes you into Venice. Very clean and tidy throughout and we would definitely stay here again

We had a lovely stay in this apartment.Adrianna and Giovanna were so hospitable , they organised some provision for us at the start of our holiday and gave us lots of information about transport and places to visit. The apartment is about a 20 minutes bus ride from Venice. Transportation was very easy. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable.

Great location to visit Venice. Short walk to bus stop and 10 minutes to Venice. Also recommend visiting the islands of Burano and Murano. Owners were very helpful with information on where to get bus tickets and where to catch bus to Venice.

It was a nice, very clean flat in a quiet area of Mestre, the bus stop was 10 minutes walking, the bus to Venice was quite frequent and 1t took 13 minutes for the bus to get to Venice, Piazzale Roma. The 2 owners were really very kind and accurate. The flat was very well equipped. There was plenty of space for a family with four member. We would go there again.

Perfect apartment, nice area, good location, short distance to Venice,clean, comfortable and the owners are very friendly,helpful and sweet. I recommend it to everyone who wants to have perfect time in Venice.

This apartment is a definite place to rent if you want to visit Venice. The land ladies were hospitable, friendly and welcoming. The apartment was ideal as it was only a 10 minute bus trip to the city of Venice. It was also close to supermarkets and other specialty shops. Adriana and Giovanna have been very welcoming and have provided us with helpful tourism information: for instance they walked us to the bus station and showed us the path to the next supermarket. They can also give you plenty of advices on Venice itself, and a bottle of prosecco was awaiting us in the fridge, which is always nice! Regarding the situation: the flat is very well located although it is not in Venice: it is 2 minutes (on foot) away from the bus station where the buses 12 and 12/ will take you to Venice in 10 minutes (I actually timed accurately how long these take so you can rely on these figures). As of today, the 12 and 12/ (of the ACTV buses) were driving by every 20 min each, so that one of them actually drives by every 10 minutes. The bus is usually quite loaded: don''t expect to be seated. A little less than a 15 minutes walk on a tree boarded avenue will take you to a reasonably sized supermarket (and some other stores as well as a few restaurants): the area is not touristic but it is a real town with real Italian inhabitants, which is quite of a change compared to the cosmopolitan and touristic Venice. The flat was very clean and functional (incl. the kitchen)... and for a stay in autumn like ours, you can expect the flat to be very well heated, which will help you warming up again after a day spent outside in the cold.
