Maison Grace | Luxurious Redesign with Pool Near French Quarter

Great house for large group. We had seven adults and seven kids and it worked out great. Place is very spacious and also very relaxing. We walked to tourist places with children as young six. (Good walk). There is Starbucks, groceries and restaurants nearby.

Love this house!!Great location, plenty of parking, food within walking distance and perfect for a group!This is a great house! Concrete warehouse that has been converted to a great, large house! Bed configuration is awesome - smaller / shared beds upstairs and kings and queens down. When you want in you will be in awe! Beds are super comfortable and it is fully equipped!! Hosts are great with communication and was an easy process! Very cool space. Ideal for a large group with kids. We utilized the pool, kitchen and common areas, all in ways that made our trip better.

Staying at Maison Grace was an excellent experience. Super communicative host who made the process smooth from start to finish. Very clean and spacious house with plenty of room inside and outside for a large group to hang out and enjoy each other's company. Easy to walk to restaurants and music. Really top notch place.

Absolutely loved Maison Grace!!We were 12 colleagues there for our annual retreat/incentive. Was a perfect location and on the route of an awesome parade during Mardi Gras season.The upstairs is 100% sound proof from the ground level. This was a big win for our group who is half-party, half-snoozers. The kitchen was WELL stocked and the two fridges was awesome for entertaining.The yard is very private and I wish it had been warm enough to enjoy the pool.The seating is COMFORTABLE and abundant.CRAIG WAS AN IDEAL HOST!!! SO incredibly responsive, and even left us a King Cake as a welcome gift. I couldn't be happier and would absolutely rent again if the opportunity presented itself.THANKS CRAIG & MAISON GRACE!

It was a perfect space for our team retreat. The location is very convenient- a short walk to Frenchman St and the French Quarter, and surrounded by several good cafes, but it’s outside of the bustle and hustle of the tourist area. We all enjoyed our stay.

I stayed here back in May. The house is as advertised and was honestly even better in person. My friends and I had a blast with how much space there was and everything was fully stocked. Property manager was very easy to communicate with as well. He sent people out to check on us when we had any issue. Would highly recommend!

Group of Adult Family & Friends.Wonderful location and lots of space for an older group who each got their own bed!... On arrival there was no water, management took care of this right away. Thank you. A couple minor things the cleaners missed, but not big enough to think twice. Recommend this property to any large group that is looking for a location that is walkable to the French Quarter.

We stayed for our sons wedding at Peter Paul Church across the street. It was our home base for the entire weekend and absolutely everything was perfect- the huge kitchen /dining area. outside pool area all those bedooms- really made our wedding experience so special and we had space to be together comfortably and for guests to drop in and say hellowe had a big group of 12 staying and there was still plenty of room. Best VRBO ever stayed inCannot go wrong!

We do our Fraternity Retreat every year on the weekend before Father's Day. This time it was NOLA. We always look for a place that, essentially, requires us to congregate together, rather than have multiple places to hang-out. This one fit-the-bill. Everyone had a room or shared one with a friend, but there were many rooms to go around. We all congregated in the kitchen and main room and it was extremely comfortable with an excellent TV and Wi-Fi. During the day, we were able to hang-out by the pool as well. Close to Frenchman's Street and a very nice grocery store. Convenient, by Uber, to Bourbon (walkable), Cafe Du Monde (walkable), other restaurants, the River Cruise (paddle boats), and the Casino. We had all the conveniences we needed. Communication and ease of entry was impeccable. This place is great!! I highly recommend it; particularly for larger groups. We will stay here again for sure.

We went down for a large friend reunion and had such a great time. Host was responsive. Only issue was that we ran out of paper towel/toilet paper - but everything else was great! Quick walk to Frenchman and tons of cookware, plates, and more!

The house is upscale and accommodated our large group of friends perfectly. Location and access the to the FQ is great. Quality throughout.

The house was amazing it is so roomy and clean and everything we needed. We walked nearly everywhere and uber were less than 15.00 when we needed them! Best trip ever and where you stay makes all the difference 5 stars

Words can't say how cool this house was. My friends and I met here and were very happy with our overall experience. It's close to everything, but not right on top of anything touristy, so you get the feeling you're actually living in a dope pad in New Orleans.

Maison Grace offers a great combination of excellent sleeping accommodations, numerous gathering spaces (indoor and outdoor) and gourmet kitchen to make our family reunion a great success. Located in quiet neighborhood within walking distance of French Quarter, river walk, restaurants and local grocery store so you can either eat in or out at your pleasure. Our host was very responsive; check in and out were a breeze.

This property is phenomenal with tons of outdoor space and comfortable bedrooms. The host was super helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this property. It’s clean, well-maintained and accessible to a bunch of cool areas.

We loved our stay at Craig’s property. The property was perfect for our large family reunion/holiday trip. The location is great for walking to the French quarter. Craig was very responsive and addressed all our concerns in a timely manner. We wish we could’ve used the pool but it was too cold. That means we will just have to come back another time!

The photos of the property are spectacular and the property is even more insanely beautiful than what is represented in the pictures. However, the host, Craig, and his team, are top-notch. Craig and the team are single-handedly the best short-term rental management team I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They came through for our group in such a HUGE and meaningful way when we made a request of them that they 100% certainly did not have to accommodate as it was outside their roles or responsibilities. I have so much appreciation and gratitude for this host. I highly recommend this property and the team that hosts it. Thank you to Craig, Trevor, and the whole team. Thank you.

We absolutely loved our stay here and could not recommend it more. The house was wonderful, beds were comfortable, amazing open area to relax and gather, and the location was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Great setting for professional network retreat with indoor & outdoor space.

Excellent property , pictures matched perfectly. 8 guys on a golf trip , separate rooms for everyone. Great common area . Enjoyed the pool. Easy access to Bourbon Street - we walked one night. Craig was great host.

Maison Grace is an absolutely fantastic renovation. It had everything my family needed to relax and enjoy our time together. Location was great. There is a wonderful market just a block away and a Starbucks (as well as a great local coffee shop) literally right around the corner. It is loaded many bedrooms and bathrooms (many baths are ensuite). The common areas are large and perfect for any group. My family enjoyed the large TV in the common area for the NFL games on Sunday. Perfect place for making memories. Just a short walk or Uber ride from the French Quarter. Would definitely stay again. My compliments go out to the designer of this lovely place!

I cannot give this property enough positive feedback!! Everything was perfect!! The house is spacious and beautiful. They provide you with EVERYTHING you need - toiletries, pots, pans, coffee, creamer, etc. They also had a generous supply of trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. The beds were very comfy. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The communication with the property manager was quick. We were able to take a quick (7 mins or less) Uber to bourbon street. Walmart delivers to the house as well. I highly recommend this property and will definitely book again when we are back in New Orleans. Thank you again!

House was exactly as advertised. Really spacious. Tons of bedrooms for our group of 10. The backyard and pool and gazebo were great spaces that our group enjoyed. Fully stocked kitchen for our cooking. Commmunication with the host was consistent , timely and easy. Our group was there for LSU Ole Miss game. Really enjoyed our weekend.

Great property. Initially looked like a borderline neighborhood but was actually fine and fine. It was a fantastic site for our family reunion and everyone was really happy including our grandchildren ~10yo to grandparents in their 70’s and 80’s. Very close to Frenchmen street. Lots of fun painted houses all around.

We've stayed at many properties before, and this one was the most beautiful and the most spacious. It is so tastefully decorated. We asked the locals about the neighborhood, and they told us it was safe. We had great communication from the host as well. We would definitely return here in the future.
