A bit noisy with the water pump and neighbors

We were greeted warmly at the train station. Host is muy amable, lively lovely to talk to, able to answer questions. The baños termales are just minutes away! Overall clean and comfortable!

Great customer service. Hotel was in contact and picked us up. They also droped off our luggage for us in the train station.Very attentive service, just bring a small portable heater.

This property is definitely located in the heart of the city and it’s perfect for walking to all the shops and restaurants. However a huge negative was the massive construction of the main walkway in front of the entrance. We had to try and haul all our luggage around huge holes and mud. But other than that the rooms were clean, very muggy in the bathrooms, everything stayed wet the whole time we were there but the rooms were adequate. Breakfast was coffee, scrambled eggs and bread.

The place is clean, the breakfast is good. The water shuts off during the day. No showers possible.

Place was comfortable There however was a rain storm and the next morning there was no water. We had to wait several hours to take a shower before departing.

Wonderful bedding, great sleep, positive and outgoing staff, private, quiet and social. Recommended stay!

I stayed here with my husband and mother since we were going to Machu Picchu. It was a great place to stay since it was close to everything and the bus/trek to the mountain. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was incredibly friendly and lovely! The only downside to staying here was that it was pretty cold at night, but I wouldn't say that it's a deal breaker at all.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was nice as well and the room was clean. Only thing was that the shower didn’t have that much water, but still okay

The property manager was very nice and helpful. She even picked us up from the station and provided breakfast! I recommend this place.

Location, communication, and overall service was great. She allowed us to store our bags for free to avoid paying a late check-out. Loved it

Like most properties this hotel-like VRBO is uphill from the train. We stayed on the third floor too so be prepared for some climbing. The host had someone meet us at the train which was very nice. The rooms are hotel size without much space to store luggage. Also bring warm pjs as no properties are heated. Lots of cozy blankets on the beds. Bathrooms are adequate—hot water always requires one to run the water for awhile. Breakfast quite nice. Great value.
