L'Olivette B&B Olive Room For 2 Adults Only Unsuitable for Children.

We had a wonderful stay, the room and court yard were terrific. The house is beautifully presented. Breakfast was a delight and our hosts could not be more gracious.

This was a very high standard B&B. Martine and Yves have impecable taste and were amazing hosts. We had a rwally lovely holiday and their hospitality was one of the reasons why. Their breakfast was a very high standard

Super clean, extraordinary breakfast, awesome hosts. Garden was private and it was super well maintained. Great location, very quiet place. We would love to return to this place to listen to more of Martine&Yves stories as they were very interesting!!

Fantastic experience. Incredibly friendly and generous hosts who provide a wonderful experience; from the hand made complimentary breakfast, with home baked French pastries, to a home and private room with ensuite that feels transplanted from the south of France - you would struggle to find anything remotely like this experience elsewhere in Port Stephens, let alone Nelson Bay.

This was a beautiful stay, even better than stated online when we were booking. The breakfast was the cherry on top. Martine and Yves were very accommodating and friendly. The place it self, was very clean and private. We would definitely recommend this stay and be back hopefully one day!

Martine and Yves were incredible hosts, going above and beyond with their hospitality. A lot of detail has gone in to ensuring the room was cosy, clean and serviced - not to mention the incredible breakfast served each morning. We would highly recommend this place to anyone searching for a place to stay in the Nelson Bay area.

Beautifully presented room. Everything perfect & a lovely patio with a garden view.Breakfast was delicious and presented with taste. Homemade bread and croissants, jams and tasty fruits made for a delightful interlude with Yves and Martine who go above and beyond to make their guests comfortable.Highly recommended!

Yves & Martine have created a unique and restful space. Everything has the touch of quality, thoughtfulness and care. They are excellent hosts, who provide a breakfast that is of the highest quality, with many homemade elements. A beautiful place to stay - welcomed by a couple with the gift of hospitality.

Seeing a property rated as 10 stars was quite intriguing, now that I have completed my stay, it's quite evident. The hosts are amazing, included breakfast is absolutely beautiful (probably 40 anywhere else), and just extremely accommodating and generally amazing. Loved every bit of my stay, and everything is so close by. 5 minute drive to the wharf, the beach, fly point. Just a great stay. Room is great - aircon, TV, WiFi, shower and bathroom is great. 10 stars is suitable. Perhaps even 11 for going above and beyond.

Lovely house, hosts, location & breakfast

The room was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, and Yves and Martine were amazing hosts.

My wife and I stayed for one night and the owners made us feel welcome the room being neat and tidy with a Tuscan feel and French doors opening onto a lovely garden. The bed was absolutely comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. We awoke to join two other guests for a traditional French breakfast from our beautiful hosts we would recommend this B&B.

A minor mistake on the Stayz site suggesting a hot tub however everything else surpassed expectations. Hospitality was excellent and the quality and privacy of the accommodation was superb. Thank you Yves and Martine

We had the pleasure of staying with Martine and Yves for a short time. The room was exceptionally clean with so much attention to detail in every aspect - from decorations to scents, to the tea and coffee nook. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and lovely. Breakfast alone was worth the cost of the stay, almost everything was handmade and not even finishing everything, we were left full for hours, not to mention that it was served, still warm, at a time that suited us.One thing to mention that we may have missed reading the listing, is that the room is located within the main home - meaning you need to come and go using the front door. Overall, Martine and Yves were very accommodating and their home was very beautiful, so it didn't bother us and we still enjoyed our stay very much.

Great place for couples to stay in Nelson Bay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with local tips. Beautiful garden to relax in and sumptuous breakfast.

Gracious hosts imparting knowledge and information of the area. Comfortable bed, great shower/bathroom and a quaint courtyard for your personal space. What a surprising gem, beautifully decorated with gorgeous French doors that open onto your own private, immaculate garden. The breakfast served on your own private garden patio was absolutely delicious, all homemade and more than anyone could possibly eat. Tranquil and relaxing, I would highly recommend

The olive room was a charming with a lovely private garden. Comfortable bed, blackout blinds, AC made for a great sleep.. Yves and Martine were great hosts and we would return any time. an Yves and Martine

The stay with Martine and Yves was delightful. While it was only a brief trip, the experience was beautiful. We felt very taken care of and the food and hospitality was impeccable. Wonderful hosts...absolute value

The place is absolutely lovely. The room is big, bathroom is clean. Little garden outside. It feels like you are away from everything. Definitely recommended and we will be back. The main highlight is the breakfast out in the garden with daily baked goods and homemade yogurt. Yummmm !! The owners are lovely people and the house itself is fantastic. 10 out of 10

Martine and Yves were welcoming hosts who respected our privacy but were very available if we had any needs. The room, garden and breakfast were amazing. I would highly recommend staying here if you need a stopover in the Bay.

Our hosts provided us with an absolutely fantastic stay. They are French and their culture underscored our entire experience. Superb breakfast, clean, comfortable and our hosts always respected our privacy but were excellent conversationist. We feel we have made two new friends. The best BnB we have ever enjoyed.
