Large Mini Mansion with Oasis backyard with large saltwater pool and Jacuzzi!

The place was over-booked by a day via 2 websites, but the host reached out and helped to accommodate the mix up. This is the reason for the 4 stars.

We came for a bachelorette party fit ten girls super easily!The place is huge, hosts are kind and it’s only a 13 minute drive to the French quarter. So you’re close enough but as a group over 30 also far enough away!!

The check in was smooth and easy. The property is VERY nice with a huge back yard and pool/hot tub. House was very comfortable for all 9 of us adults. It was about 20 mins to the city and totally worth it!

We stayed for 5 days for my daughters 21st birthday with family and friends. We loved the house and the backyard is so nice. Great for entertaining. Everyone had a great time and we would definitely stay there again.

Great property with plenty of space. Very clean inside and spacious for big groups. Backyard was big with a fire-pit and a pool. The house had everything from towels to shampoo to plates and utensils for your needs. The host is great and helpful and respondes to any questions you have. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Quiet, brightly lit, safe location about 10 minutes from downtown. House is huge with mostly open concept downstairs. Some updating would be a plus. Back yard amenities are great. Host is super friendly.

We came in for a conference for 6 days and loved the place. Rooms were huge, beds were nice, and the Immanuel was super friendly. Left us completely alone and allowed us to have a great time. Back yard is huge and so inviting with a pool and spa. The only down side is we had a bit of trouble with the area and having one of the ride share companies driving us to and from the location. Two drivers complained about the area as we were driving in, being worried about the area. But when we drove down the street to the house, they were received and said we would be good here. We personally always felt completely safe and loved the area. Maybe there are other areas this side of the river that can be bad but this house was in a very nice an quite area. Highly recommended.

Wonderful house big enough for our group of 10, mostly adults. Had all the amenities needed. The back yard was a wonderful space to hang out after being downtown. The trip into town wasn’t bad about 10-15 minutes. It was our 1st trip to New Orleans. The owner gave us great recommendations for food and let us know about a fest going on. We will definitely stay here again next time we come back!
