The staff were all really helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was cooked well and offered a good selection of things to eat. Also, the hotel is conveniently located for Mumbles.

The hotel is charming and in a lovely setting overlooking the sea. Our room was warm, comfortable and immaculately clean.

The hotel had quite a spacious car park. It was within walking distance of the shopping centre. The superior room was large, clean and had the feel of having been recently refurbished. Breakfast was excellent and in a pleasant dining room. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed the breakfasts very much. The waiting staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Although I normally take a bath the bathroom with the walk in shower was very good.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were plentiful, delicious and an excellent start to our day. We only dined with you on our last night, as we were with family locally on other nights. Our meals were superb, beautifully cooked, beautifully presented, and delicious. Our waitress kindly told us of the Monday offer - 3 courses and a free bottle of wine, which we gratefully accepted. We have told our friends locally that your restaurant is an excellent place for a meal out.

Our room, although small, had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. We particularly enjoyed having outside seating as the weather was very nice. All the staff we encountered were polite, friendly and attentive. The breakfast choices were great too.

Overall I loved my stay, next time I know to request a room that has more privacy and that isn't visible to everyone walking past. Delicious breakfast, comfy bed and friendly staff

Beautiful hotel, very well run. 2 minutes from the sea front, we could actually see the sea from our room. A short walk to the castle and shops, and just a little bit further to the pier and lighthouse. Being off the main road, there was no traffic noise. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the service was fantastic. We ate in the restaurant and had breakfast every day and the food was excellent. Happy hour in the bar from 7pm to 8pm was also a bonus. Also very cheap to stay.

Stayed in room 12A, nice compact room. Why not have a light switch by front door, rather than unused rear door? Would like to have marmalade at breakfast. Also why not offer porridge. But otherwise great cooked food.

The breakfast and meals at the hotel were delicious. Our bed was very comfortable and the location very convenient.

The hotel is in a perfect position for visiting Mumbles and the surrounding area. It's a beautiful building with comfortable rooms and we were made to feel very welcome. The breakfasts are excellent with a varied menu.

Food is excellent also the peace and quiet is superb.

nice friendly staff and good breakfast, clean rooms. Breakfast only started at 8 which meant that we could not have a cooked breakfast on one of the days as we had to leave at 8.15. breakfast would benefit from having marmite. the rooms that open onto the car park would benefit from having net style curtains to allow privacy without having to close the heavy curtains and blocking out all the light. installing a super fast EV charger for cars would be a good asset.

Very obliging and helpful staff

The radiator in the room wasn’t working and it was very cold. Breakfast was excellent. The shower had to be repaired in my room. Some parts of the hotel although decorated were badly worn. It was fine I’d go back.

The staff were always very pleasant and accommodating, the rooms were comfortable and warm and the food was delicious.

Warm welcome. Comfortable bed. Good bathroom facilities, BUT the hooks on the bathroom door are unnecessarily too big, and potentially dangerous. Ideally convenient for Mumbles, and great parking. Breakfast never disappoints.

The hotel is lovely, enjoyed a lovely evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant and service was great.

We are returning customers at Norton House once again because we love it there. We had a great room in fantastic surroundings and as always the service was excellent. Our room was really clean and comfortable and fixtures and furnishings were really good indeed. We had a lovely hour sitting in garden having an afternoon drink and the following morning we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast in a beautifully decorated room. All the staff were really polite. Asolutely no complaints at all.

The staff were amazing and couldn’t be more helpful on any request, breakfast was nice but not amazing and the continental was set out very well too. It’s a beautiful place and a 2 minute walk to the beach but not worth the price, the room is very very small and for the price you could rent an apartment for a night, hooks in the bathroom are at a dangerous level to hit your head, some rooms are pretty much a bed in a box and a small bathroom.

We just love it there it's so peaceful n̈o lager louts running around ,we shall be back (god willing )next year ,wonderful place to stay ,and plenty of parking , on site ,we always come this time of year as its my husbands birthday ,

We had two rooms for my daughter’s graduation recently and Norton House Hotel were 5 star all round. The staff are exceptional and the food is yummy. The rooms are relaxing and it’s a very peaceful setting. We’ve stayed 4 times now and will definitely return. Thanks you Debbie
