Stayed Feb 5, 2026We stayed in one of the dog friendly cottage rooms (number 5) which was decorated beautifully and had a very comfortable bed. Plenty of on site parking and high quality breakfast included. Unlike some places that use the term dog friendly when they just tolerate dogs all the staff here clearly adore dogs and made us and our little pup feel so welcome, especially Amy who is such a credit to the hotel. A special mention also to Rosie who served us our breakfast excellent service!

Stayed Nov 16, 2025Great location just far enough from the town centre so parking wasn't an issue, so basically easy from the moment we arrived. We'd booked in for Sunday lunch on arrival, the food and staff were perfect in every way, the pub had a lovely atmosphere too. Prices were very reasonable for such a lovely place. We stayed in one of the cottages in the courtyard, it was spotless and appealing. The bed was very big and very comfortable, our inclusive breakfast was amazing.At the price point, unbeatable
