Stayed Feb 8, 2019The house is located on a small farm high above Cleurie, about 20 minutes to the ski slopes. Jon-Christophe stayed up late to welcome us after our 5 hour drive on Friday night, and showed us to our two spacious and well-appointed rooms. In the morning, following breakfast of homemade jams, local cheeses and meats, and fresh bread, we set out to ski. Jon-Christophe provided us chargeable pass cards for the slopes, which saved us a step and some €. And I was able to borrow a pair of snowshoes and poles from Nadine which was much appreciated. The highlight of our stay was dinner with our hosts, served with homemade drinks, preserves and meats. My son was initially hesitant to try some of the “adult cheese”, but ended up having seconds. I can highly recommend this location and look forward to coming back!
