Our experience was fantastic! The place is beautiful and comfortable, our hosts were friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect. We couldn't be happier with our experience, and we'll definitely return for another visit.

Wonderful location and hospitality

Great place! Only thing is we had to share a bathroom with some other guests but had our own room. The host was amazing and breakfast was nice! Really good location!

Website description is misleading.You are renting a room with the use of SHARED BATHROOM and KITCHEN. You depend upon how clean the bathroom is after ether renters use it and since there is no dishwasher , how well dishwasher are cleaned by other renters.Overall the place looks worn down. Several switches are broken, the light above bathroom sink is broken, bathroom window “fixed” with a tape.Location is excellent.We stayed 2 night only and it was OK but would not stay again.The place is on the 4th floor, there is no elevator.

Clean and friendly host. The stairs are killer. We found all beds in Italy uncomfortable and hot water unreliable all over and no different here. Two bathrooms for 4 rooms was a little uncomfortable. Noise from the restaurant downstairs lasts until late. Not a bad place, maybe we just aren't B&B people.

Delightful place to stay to get an authentic feel for life in Venice. Having breakfast on the terrace was a a real treat. A great way to start your day. Hostess was thoughtful and attentive in spite of the fact that we speak different languages. I was surprised with the bathroom sharing. I wasn’t expecting this, though it worked out fine. The steps were very challenging with luggage. It would have been helpful to know ahead. Having some common space outside our bedroom was nice. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much!

Everything was good. Hosts are very helpful. Location is not more than 10 min of main attractions.

Wow. Just wow. You will not be disappointed in the bed, cold AC for sleeping after a hot summer day walk, location is perfect, the view is unmatched, and the breakfast was fantastic. Quiet street and close to it all. We are seasoned travelers and this was top 3 of all the places we’ve ever stayed. Book it and relax you’ve made a wise decision.

It was a very homely stay with the wonderful Antonella being there from the minute we arrived and every morning to serve us breakfast. The room was a great size, the location was perfect and quiet and close to one of the main ferry stops. We absolutely loved our time there.

Antonella was a remarkable host! We enjoyed meeting her and hearing about her grandmother and the paintings on the walls. It was a welcoming start to our first visit to Venice. The breakfast was delicious.
