Very close to beach access and we enjoyed the upstairs deck. Birds chirping and a nice breeze. Easy access to beach chairs and a nice outdoor shower. The kitchen was well stocked and neatly organized The only minor issue was having to bolt out of place at 9 AM. Host very communicative and sent info to help us find things. We would book Zen Deck again.

A fantastic getaway! What impressed us most was how clean everything was when we checked in. A simple and quick walk to the beach. Close enough to town. We absolutely loved the outdoor deck. Had a fantastic stay ;)

We had such a great weekend! The best parts of this cute space are the proximity to the beach (less than a 5 min walk) and it was very clean. The porch was so useful as well, we were able to leave all of our beach stuff out there and shower off on the ground level so very easy to keep the apartment sand-free and comfortable. The AC worked great too, so it was super cool inside and I got cold at night while I was sleeping which is a huge plus!!! The shower has great water pressure and the king bed was very comfortable, we slept great. The host sends detailed messages with all the info you need and the whole process was smooth and super easy. I definitely recommend this spot to serious beach bunnies like myself! 10 out of 10

Nice apartment close to beach. Not so close to restaurants and the main strip, but if you are up for a good walk, it’s fine. Loved the provided beach chairs and beach towels.

Our VRBO at Folly Beach was okay at best. The place was clean but it was very dated and contained the bare minimum features. The worst feature was the heating and cooling system that we could not control from our unit. Apparently the controls are located on the first floor and our upstairs unit got way too cold. On a positive note, the unit is located fairly close to the beach and away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. Also, the check in and out process was seamless.

We did not have a beach view at our rental unit.

Cute little apartment near the beach! We visited CHS for the Cooper River Bridge Run & to see our daughter at the College of Charleston. This apartment was a much better value than staying in a hotel. We enjoyed sitting on the deck to relax and the main bedroom was huge. Very quick walk to the beach and beach access was directly across the street. We’d stay again!

We at a great look girlfriend stay at Folly Beach in apartment 2! The deck was so nice and we spent alot of time on it. Walk to the Beach and town is so convenient!

Super clean and close enough to the beach and activity of center street but far enough away so that it was very quiet. Very peaceful deck despite some noise from cars traveling the road next to the property. Would definitely stay here again!

Host was very helpful and great with communication. The location is amazing for a very short walk to the beach. TV was on the small side. Beds were comfortable and host did great supplying bath and beach towels. Fenced in deck was a nice touch and had great morning sun. Overall, happy with the stay and would look to rent again for the warmer months!

House was in a good location. Kitchen was a good size but we didn’t use anything. Only 1 bathroom might be an issue if we had extra people but for 2 it was fine.

This place is perfect for friends or a small family. We sat on the deck and watched the harvest moon go over in the evenings. The beds were very comfortable. They have both a regular coffee pot and a keurig maker! Access to the beach is so easy to walk to from the house. The unit has its own grill and patio with outdoor shower. The kitchen cupboards are a little worn but very well stocked!

Absolutely perfect for our beach vacation! Property was just as advertised. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds. Very short walk down to the beach and easy to get into town for food and drinks. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic location just minutes away from the beach. The place was spacious enough for the 4 of us and the grill outside made lunch or dinner a breeze.

Really liked this place.. It is an older home but very clean and beds very comfortable!! The stairs going up to the home probably should be updated and also the deck but never had any issues with either. The deck was shaded by trees and loved hanging out there!! The lady that looks over the place was very friendly and always made sure we were comfortable. I would definitely stay again..

The properties cleanliness and functionality made it a great place to crash after a long day at the beach. It's and older place but very clean and great communication from property manager.

Great property close to beach access. Perfect for our girls weekend to attend a wedding. All rooms were nice and cool and we enjoyed the deck a lot also. Will definitely stay again!

Very comfortable vacation home. Two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room and “office space.” Plenty of room and close to everything. The outside deck is above street level and great for fresh air dining. Parking spaces are included, so that is never a concern. Beach access is just a few steps away.

Stayed here while attending a wedding. Very quick to walk to the beach, awesome having a parking spot for the car

You can't beat the location and big sunny deck here! It's an older home, but it was still very clean. The host was responsive and made check-in and check-out easy. It was also great for my small pup! My only complaint is the brutal 9am checkout time.

We enjoyed our stay in Folly Beach. The downtown area is a 15-20 minute walk and we thoroughly loved bringing our pup on vacation this year. The “courtyard” is a bit misleading for this unit, there is no grassy area attached. The upstairs deck was nice, but there are some bees / wasps that need to be taken care of. The 2nd bedroom is extremely small, however the large bedroom is quite spacious!

Enjoyed the house. The location is just a block from beach access. The bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable. The smaller bedroom can get loud since it is on a busy road. There wasn't central heat, but numerous space heaters kept the apartment very pleasant. The house was very clean.

Apartment was very comfortable and the location was great. Very short walk to the beach. Older home with separate window air conditioners which worked well. We would recommend apartment based on rate, cleanliness and location.

We stayed here for three nights. It was exactly what we needed - a place to sleep and shower, and such a short walk right to the beach. It’s an older place, not luxury, but it is very clean and well maintained. The owners were kind and very responsive. We had no issues at all while there. It could easily fit two more people. So glad we found this spot!

Perfect place to stay in Folly Beach. We will definitely stay here on our next visit. Easy 2 minute walk to the beach. Downtown was a little far but it meant we didn't have all the noisecand traffic.
