There was a great restaurant within 5 minutes walking or less. Also a convience store with many items. The onsite owner was very nice. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. We loved the step in shower! Also, the table and chairs outside, in your own private area was very nice.

This little place is perfect. Easy check in, great host communication. It's clean, and was great for our two day stay.Highly recommend

My stay was wonderful. The host Mary is very kind and accommodating. The location is central of everything and she provides everything you need. The bed is also comfortable. I will book here anytime I visit Fort Lauderdale again

Rental was clean but sooooooo small. Bed SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE. Sinks in the center. Check in details were terrible. We were given a key pad # and THATS ITS. There we four entry doors/rentals connected to this address so we ofcourse tried every door first before we came to the right space. Super frustrating. Neighborhood seemed safe but for 175 a night.....waaaay too overpriced. Also, pictures showed kuerig in room so we brought out own pods and there was a drip coffee maker instead! Close to cruise port, which was why we went in the night before but was the only good thing i can say about the place. Look elsewhere

Didn’t get much sleep; experienced noise from someone in main house… talking at 1:30am…

The room isn't large, but it has enough space for a short stay. It was very clean. Has a private entry. It's not set up for cooking, but there is a microwave to reheat a meal. The bed was comfortable.

Mary was very nice to work with. The studio was comfortable, clean and perfect location to be before our cruise. I would highly recommend.

Host was great, welcomed me upon arrival. The accomodations were perfect for my purpose. Super clean and comfortable. One night layover due to winter storms up north and this was a perfect haven.

The room is exactly as described and shown. The bed is very comfortable. We were greeted by Mary and she showed us to our room.

We stayed the night before our cruise. The place is small but was perfect for a night. Way clean and had everything we needed. The host even provided 2 water bottles which was nice.

Location was good for Hard Rock Live/Casino (just a 10 minute drive).Early check in was accommodated on Saturday.My son and I dropped our overnight bags off prior to our concert and thought the smell/fumes from the cleaning products used was extremely strong. It seemed very “perfumey”. We opened the window in hopes it would dissipate prior to our return. Unfortunately, when we arrived after the concert 6 hours later it was still VERY strong. We grabbed our belongings and drove home instead of sleeping at the unit. Beware if you have asthma/allergies or any type of respiratory issues.It’s a shame because it’s a cute place.
