About the Property
Our apartment is located in the basement of a multi-unit complex in the vibrant, up-and-coming East Parkside neighbourhood, conveniently situated near the Philadelphia Zoo. We encourage all guests to research the area prior to booking to ensure it's the right fit for you. We are committed to maintaining a safe and quiet environment for everyone in our community.
Check-In
We offer a seamless self-check-in experience via a secure smart lock. You will receive your unique access code prior to your arrival date.
Parking
Please note that only street parking is available at this location. No private or reserved parking is provided.
ID Requirement
For security purposes, we require a valid ID from all individuals included in the booking. Please have these ready to submit upon request.
Consumables
We provide an initial supply of toiletries and basic essentials to get you started. After that, guests are responsible for replenishing their own consumables, including toiletries, food, and beverages.
Linens
We supply linens for the main sleeping areas. If you require extra linens for sofa beds or air mattresses, please let us know before your arrival so we can arrange accordingly. Requests made after check-in cannot be guaranteed.
Pet Policy
We welcome well-behaved pets under the following conditions. A pet fee of $125 applies per pet, and a photo along with veterinary records are required prior to arrival. Dogs are permitted for both short and long-term stays, while cats are permitted for stays under 3 months only. Please disclose any pets at the time of booking.
