Stayed May 13, 2026Amazing studio apartment for two of my friends and two dogs it was plain it smelled plain Posey backyard. The most friendliest neighbour is reasonable priced. Thank you for allowing dogs fast response from owner if you need anything just wonderful. I highly recommend this place if you want to check out Phoenix, Arizona.

Stayed Jan 23, 2025When we entered the location it wreaked of marijuana, I wanted to let the homeowners know so that they would be aware that it was not us. I responded to the emails that had been sent with directions and I never got a response. Other than the horrible odor, the place was clean and the linens were very nice and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, both nights that we were there the neighbors came in late screaming and playing loud music. You could clearly hear everything that was going on. The one night it was 2:30 in the morning and the other tenants were yelling and slamming into the wall. We were so concerned that someone may have been being assaulted but eventually they began laughing and turning up the music. The neighborhood is extremely unsafe, it’s not an area that you can walk around in. Thankfully we didn’t spend too much time there but I would never return to this property.

Stayed Mar 25, 2026Great location, very convenient to downtown area! Clean space with enough room for one maybe two ppl. My only minor complaint is the towels are too thin anddd the metal bed frames squeak a lot so if your planning on having a how do I say this “intimate encounter” with a significant other, it’s going to be loud and a bit annoying lol other than that it was a cool stay.

Stayed Mar 6, 2026Downtown was pretty close, still couldn't walk the area certain times of the day didn't feel safe. Road is highly trafficked with cars on both sides parked. Room needs a good deep cleaning, new shower curtain. The beds were very squeaky and not comfortable at all. Overall the room is a good little stay for the price. Thankfully we were in room B so we had direct access to the back patio which helped to not feel so closed in.

Stayed Mar 13, 2025I had a fine stay here. It was a 20 minute walk to downtown. There’s a Circle K gas station right around the corner. Walls were very thin and the party animals next door kept me up 2 of the nights of my stay. Accommodations were clean and very nice. Very nice backyard. No real qualms. Thank you!

Stayed Jul 4, 2023The property was exactly as expected. Although small, the kitchen area has extremely good use of space. Beds were comfortable, the property was very clean, the outdoor space was nice even though we didn't use it much due to the heat. The bus runs just a block away and the light rail is also relatively easy to get to. The neighborhood is a typical neighborhood close to a downtown core. It was a quiet stay for us with no issues and I would book it again if I ever head back to Phoenix.
