With private garden a few minutes away to Rialto bridge

Great location and incredibly quiet, we couldn't have been more happy with the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO condo in Venice! The accommodations were great, and the courtyard was absolutely amazing – we loved sitting out in the sun to enjoy our breakfast each morning. It truly felt like a little slice of paradise.Irene was the perfect host, going above and beyond to help us arrange travel, taxis, and recommend great places to eat. She made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable.Highly recommend this lovely spot for anyone visiting Venice!

Hostess was wonderful!! She stayed in communication with us from the airport to the vaparetto to the apartment. She was super friendly, helpful, and attentive. The apartment was superbly organized and clean. The hostess had things for us to use, such as olive oil, which was much appreciated so we didn't have to buy things we couldn't use up in the short time we were there.

Good location for accessing San Marco, Marano and Barano. Walking distance to Rialto Bridge. Comfortable apartment. Host was lovely with recommendations for dinner, gelato and sunsets.

We loved staying in Irene's house. Perfect for kids, great communication with Irene, who was super helpful and friendly, and immaculately clean. We will definitely stay there again!

My husband and I with our two young children stayed at this place. The location was great! A short walking distance to the ferry port and all the things you want to see and do in Venice. Bakery, grocery store and good restaurants are also very close. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We will definitely come back.

Lovely property situated about 10 minutes stroll from Rialto Bridge and another 7 minutes to Saint Mark's square. Come back to peace, quiet and tranquility in the property's private garden. Perfect!

Great location, beautiful patio!

If you’re looking for a central location in a quiet, neighborhood of Venice, this is the rental you want! Marco and his assistant Paola were great at assisting us with our needs! This rental is in Cannaregio, so very close to the Fondamente Nuove vaporetto stop, making it super convenient to get to Murano and Burano and also a short walk to Rialto Market and bridge! It is a 3 room, 2 bathroom place with very adequate space! A washing machine is provided; for those who complain about not having a dryer, they’ve obviously not figured out that’s just how Italy is! There are places to hang dry and you can do laundry accordingly. There is also a little kitchen; we actually cooked some while here and it was great! The rental opens up to a courtyard and garden, which are beautiful! If you are looking for an affordable, comfortable Venice VRBO with a great location, this one checks all the boxes! And if you come to Venice, expect to get lost! We got lost a lot, but that is how you find the coolest things and places! I should also mention, you are very close to fresh market stalls and InCoop, a grocery store.

We have stayed for the 3rd time in this house and we like it. Its in a region of venice, where you not only meets tourists. A bakery is near by and un alimentari, some restaurants and you have good connections to the other parts of venice.
