#WILMINGTON Industrial LOFT-Nationally Featured!!!

The loft was beautiful and exactly as described. Everything we needed was there. Communication with the owner was polite and quick. This location is amazing for exploring downtown. Everyone loved it.

Excellent location in the heart of Downtown Wilmington! Everything was walking distance that we wanted to do. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Contact with the host was wonderful as well! If you do have small children just be aware it can be loud at night due to people outside. 10/10 and already planning our next trip!

The place was great. It was in a perfect spot and we especially loved the elevator. So convenient! The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, great supplies in the kitchen etc. The place is well thought out and the host was really responsive. We plan to stay here again when we come back in the spring.

We had a great time watching the streets at night! The noise was what is to be expected downtown but with the rooms being at the back of the loft, we slept so well! Probably the best I’ve ever slept away from home. Aaron was great with any questions that I had and very quick to respond. We’re already planning to return again. Also, the parking pass for the garage was a lifesaver! We ate at 3 separate places located in the same building…Dixie Grill for breakfast, Fork N’ Cork for dinner, and Crispy Cones for dessert…each delicious!

The host was so kind and a great communicator! He gave so many details and was very responsive.The property was clean and cute! Great area! We parked in the lot across the street and did not have a problem.

This is our second family vacation and our second time staying at this property! Everything about this place is magical! The location is incredible! Right in the heart of town! You don’t need to drive anywhere if you want good nightlife, restaurants or any other entertainment! Also the host Aaron is absolutely amazing! He is so accommodating and friendly! He helped us out so much on this trip! I can’t recommend this place enough! We will continue to book again and again!

Very convenient walkable location, clean, and comfortable bed. Weather was warm so it felt so nice to walk into a cool apartment with the A/c blasting! Check in instructions were thorough and easy to understand, parking was very close by and quick to access. Although there was some street noise, our infant slept through the night in the back bedroom no problem. Would recommend bringing a sound machine if you can’t tolerate some city noise but we didn’t mind. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend if you’re wanting something close to shopping, touristy stuff and restaurants! Would stay here again.

Great spot, right downtown. Very cute, safe, & clean. A little loud on weekend nights but that’s to be expected in a city.

We had a great time the property is located in a perfect location. However the b Air mattress did not stay inflated and although the listing indicated their were sheets available for the air mattress there wasn't. We purchased sheets only to find out the bed was not useable.

Nice historical condo with all with nice touches. Our family family enjoyed our stay in Wilmington. The convenience to the downtown river walk was great with everything within walking distance. Our host Aaron was fantastic. Great communication with check-in and instructions. Things could not have gone any smoother. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved the aesthetics of this loft. The location cannot be better right on the main strip of downtown Wilmington. The beds were comfortable. Our only complaint is the couch is very low to ground so if you have bad knees avoid sitting there. We loved the swinging chair, but would have felt better if we knew the weight limits of it.

Great stay. Very easy and convenient. We parked when we arrived and never moved the car until we left. Able to walk to all the fun bars and shopping. Would highly recommend this stay!!!!

A fun stylish apartment. The location couldn’t have been better and was walking distance to downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk. The owner communicated well and the place was clean well maintained Loved the old floors and brick walls and comfortable beds. we would definitely be back !

We booked this stay when we decided to drive my daughter back down to school after winter break. This loft is definitely full of character- but not practical at all.The bathroom sink is almost impossible to use- there is zero room and we even had to brush our teeth in the kitchen. Only one light in the bathroom worked- when it wanted to . The switch was broken and sometimes it just didn’t turn on. The other bulbs were broken and it was very dark in the bathroom with a few inches of dust on the light coverings.I asked about noise before booking- and I wish I was told that if anyone is above you it sounds like a herd of elephants. All night long all we heard was loud stomping and talking. ALL NIGHT LONG. Also deceiving that there is no washer and dryer IN the unit. It’s upstairs and a community unit that is NoT free. Even though all of the paperwork says it’s free. Bring quarters!!!! This unit is cute and right in the heart of downtown, but we left a full day early because we could not sleep the entire week with the loud stomping upstairs and the owner really couldn’t have cared. I know he cannot control who is upstairs if it’s a rental, but there is no insulation and at 3 am we could hear full conversations. Hence me asking about noise before booking.Definitely not as clean as it could be- luckily I didn’t cook there as the coffee pot and cooking utensils were dirty and dusty. If you’re looking for an impractical cute place to stay in the heart of downtown this is it.

The apartment was overall very nice, however you can hear all of the street life at all hours of the night. A large amount of light from the street lights comes into the master as well.

A perfect stay!!!! We had 6 adults and it easily accommodated us. Never had to take the car out of the parking spot because it is so centrally located we could walk everywhere. Fully stocked, great beds, and host was quick to reply to any questions.

My friends and i were looking to have a chill weekend in Wilmington and this place was absolutely perfect! everything was super clean and the location could not have been better!! 20 mins to the beach and we were right in the middle of downtown! our host was so kind as to give us recommendations on things to do around town and responded to any messages quickly!! all in all a perfect stay :)

The location was perfect. Right in the middle of town. The place was very clean and set up nice. Parking was easy and close by, and it's free! The only thing we can say is that there are no dressers to store your clothing, but we found a way to get by. Would go back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this adorable downtown condo. The tall ceilings and charming details such as distressed wood beams, exposed brick and stunning marble countertops truly set it apart from your run of the mill rental. The location is walking distance to a lovely coffee shop, restaurants, bars and a market.

This property is absolutely gorgeous and in the best location ever! Right in the middle of everything and if you are a One Tree Hill lover it’s right next to The Dixie Grill! It really couldn’t have been a better location! We were able to walk to all of the shops, restaurants and to the riverwalk without it taking long! The place was beautiful and super clean! We were amazed when we walked in because it was even better than the pictures! The hosts were so kind and helpful and even let us add a day on our trip with no problems at all. It was my in-laws first time in Wilmington and they are now hooked as well! We are planning on using this property every time we come as long as it is available! It was the perfect size for me, my husband and our two kids in the one bedroom and then my in-laws had the king bedroom. Absolutely perfect!! Can’t wait to come back!!

Nice, clean and modern. Downtown and close to many restaurants, coffee shops and other stores. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the games for the kids!

My family always stays near the beach for our vacations, but wanted to try downtown instead. We are so glad we did! The location couldn’t have been better! Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars right outside your door. My family loved walking everywhere. There was even a small convenience store within a block in case you don’t want to drive to a grocery store. Parking across the street was convenient. We did have some street noise at times, but that is expected staying downtown. The host provided sound machines and the bedroom my kids slept in was set back off the street, so it wasn’t a problem. We will definitely stay here again!

In the heart of town. Walking distance to all. Love the historic and still very modern feel to the place. I highly recommend Dixie Grill next door for breakfast.

While the apartment was beautifully furnished, you can tell it has had minimal care. We had to wash the cooking utensils prior to use, there were no hot pads or trivets for hot dishes coming in and out of the oven. Cleaning staff didn't leave us toilet paper or paper towels. Although they did correct the TP issue, and to be fair, we didn't realize the paper towels would be a problem until we couldn't find kitchen towels.The links to videos on how to get in the building didn't work, the link to the manual for the stove didn't work either. In the heart of downtown was a plus. But right next door to a club is a definite minus. Shower could have been cleaner, there was a scrunchy hanging in the shower. The bathroom door is broken, my husband had to make a temporary fix so that we stopped locking ourselves in.

Will definitely stay here again.
